THE STATE OF RIDGEWAY RIDGEWAY COUNTY COURT LILGUYJOKER, Plaintiff. -against- FRISTAPET, Defendant. Case No. RSC-CV-839 SETTLEMENT Presiding Judge: Hecxtro SETTLEMENT On this 4th day of January 2023, a legally binding agreement By and Between Mr. Lilguyjoker (“Plaintiff”), AND Mr. FristaPet (“Defendant”). 1. Definitions: the following definitions shall apply when used in this contract: a. “Immediate availability” when used in this contract will mean when both parties are available to join in-game for the period of time necessary for the money to be transferred. 2. Agreements: the parties upon the signing of this document legally agree on the following terms and conditions: a. Mr. Lilguyjoker agrees to drop all legal and administrative proceedings against Mr. FristaPet for their actions on or around December 31, 2022 which gave rise to the case LILGUYJOKER v. FRISTAPET, RSC-CV-839 (2022). b. Mr. Lilguyjoker agrees that he will no longer pursue any additional administrative actions, legal proceedings, or any other mechanism of recourse for any injury allegedly sustained on December 31, 2022 as a result of the actions of Mr. FristaPet and related to the proceedings herein. c. Mr. FristaPet agrees to not pursue any counterclaims or other related filings pertaining to the case LILGUYJOKER v. FRISTAPET and the events at issue therein. d. Mr. FristaPet will pay Mr. Lilguyjoker $3,500 dollars in-game at both parties' immediate availability. 3. Termination of Agreement a. If any party is found to have violated any clause, sentence or agreement within this settlement they agree they are liable for civil damages in civil court for violation of this contract. b. In the event that any party violates a provision of this agreement, the other party shall have the right to continue to pursue legal damages for the events of December 31, 2022 as alleged by the pleadings in the original case stated herein.
