BACKGROUND
The State of Ridgeway filed a criminal information against Difoolum on June 18th, 2022, wherein the
defendant was charged with Unlawful Possession of a Firearm and two counts of Unlawful Possession of
Police-Grade Equipment. The defendant was not summoned before the Court as they are banned from the State
of Ridgeway.
JUDGEMENT
State has filed a motion for nolle prosequi; they do not wish to proceed with charges against a banned
player of the community.
CONCLUSION
The criminal matter of State of Ridgeway v. Difoolum is dismissed without prejudice. The defendant is
therefore no longer subject to the charges brought against him and is discharged by this court.
SO ORDERED, ADJUDGED AND DECREED.
