STATEMENT OF PROBABLE CAUSE
On the 13th of November 2022, the Ridgeway County Sheriff’s Office Criminal Investigations Division
was made aware of an incident involving the defendant, tdm165165. The incident took place on the 24th
of October 2022, at the Ridgeway National Guard intersection within the Sterling City Limits. The
primary piece of evidence, Exhibit A, was recorded by Mokujin_RBLX, a Citizen of the State of
Ridgeway.
At the start of the video, Mokujin can be seen driving past the Sterling Car Dealership towards Palmer.
Upon approaching the Ridgeway National Guard intersection, the Mokujin pulls over to the side of the
road, while still remaining within the city limits of Sterling. Shortly after, a gray Visco driving the
wrong way without headlights, driven by the defendant, merely avoided striking Mokujin as they tried to
pull away. The defendant then turns around and strikes Mokujin and his vehicle. Mokujin, who is
already out of their vehicle, runs towards the driver of the gray Visco and states “What is your deal?”.
This is answered by the defendant stating “Wrong person”, “I thought you were a friend” and “So I
drifted”. Following this, Mokujin proceeds to walk back and gets into their vehicle. Before they could
move off, Mokujin is stopped by the defendant telling them to wait and come. Mokujin then gets out of
their vehicle and walks over to the defendant, who states “Look at the damages” shortly followed by
“Nothing”. As Mokunjin turns around to get back into their vehicle, the defendant pulls out a Salvo
firearm and shoots Mokujin 4 times, leaving Mokujin dead on the side of the road.
After reviewing the evidence, the Criminal Investigations Division contacted both of the parties
involved in this incident. The complainant responded and an interview took place, as can be seen in
Exhibit B. The defendant was also contacted for a voluntary interview, however, they stopped
responding and disabled their direct messages after a time for the interview was attempted to be
scheduled.
