STATE OF RIDGEWAY SUPERIOR COURT Hitherwguys Plaintiff, v. s6hotz Defendant. CIVIL COMPLAINT Docket No. RSC-CV-828 PARTIES 1. Mr. Hitherwguys, the Plaintiff, is a citizen of the State of Ridgeway. 2. Mr. s6hotz, the Defendant, is a citizen of the State of Ridgeway. JURISDICTION 1. Article V, Section IV of the Ridgeway State Constitution empowers this Court to hear “all civil or criminal cases or controversies”. ALLEGATIONS On or about the date of 27 December 2022; 1. Plaintiff was peacefully and civilly conducting his business as a citizen of the State of Ridgeway. 2. While standing inside the Palmer Police Department, the defendant. Mr. s6hotz, discharged his Micro Submachine Gun at a nearby State Trooper causing fatal injuries. Instantly killing him. 3. Defendant, swiftly runs pasts Plaintiff, turns around, and discharges his firearm at Plaintiff. 4. Plaintiff, unable to react quickly enough was killed by the defendant. Seconds later the defendant looted the Plaintiff’s remains, taking a box of ammunition and one other unknown item. CAUSES OF ACTIONS 1 R. Stat. § 3108 - Wrongful Death 1. Plaintiff repeats and realleges all allegations contained in all proceeding paragraphs as if fully set forth herein. 2. Defendant shot and killed Plaintiff with his submachine gun when the Plaintiff posed zero threat to the defendant’s person or life. 3. Defendant had no legal cause or justification to point and discharge his firearm at the plaintiff resulting in fatal injury and instantly causing death. PRAYERS FOR RELIEF 1. Plaintiff prays the Court finds Defendant liable for the aforementioned torts. 2. Plaintiff seeks monetary relief amounting to $1,768 in compensatory and punitive damages. a. $1,000 for 1 R. Stat. § 3109 - Wrongful Death. b. $493 for the loss of Plaintiff’s Stetson M1 semi-automatic rifle. c. $150 for the loss of Plaintiff’s 3 boxes of 5.56 ammunition. d. $125 for the Plaintiff’s legal fees, which includes the filing fee. 3. Plaintiff also seeks any additional relief as deemed appropriate by the Court that is not requested herein. \ EVIDENCE 1. Exhibit A - Defendant shooting and killing Plaintiff during the situation in question. 2. Witnesses will be presented during the discovery phase.
