While you can’t clearly see the Defendant breaking the window, the defendant is the only one in the vicinity of the penthouse that could’ve broken the window from the looks of it. COUNT TWO - 1 R.C.C. § 3.10 - Second-Degree murder OFFENSE TYPE: Felony MAX SENTENCE: 30 Minutes At the timestamp provided in the video here Proof, the Defendant can be seen at the window of the penthouse armed with a Wesler shotgun, shooting and killing the complainant, reachmasterable, and running away. COUNT THREE - 1 R.C.C. § 4.05 - Trespassing OFFENSE TYPE: Misdemeanor MAX SENTENCE: 10 Minutes or 400$ Fine In the video proof provided at this timestamp Proof, you can see the defendant midfoley within the complainants penthouse after being told to go away/leave. At no point or time did the complainant give permission to the Defendant to enter his home. COUNT FOUR - 1 R.C.C. § 3.10 - Second-Degree murder OFFENSE TYPE: Felony MAX SENTENCE: 30 Minutes At the timestamp provided here, the Defendant midfoley can be seen armed with a crowbar beating to death the Complainant, reachmasterable. COUNT FIVE - 1 R.C.C. § 3.10 - Second-Degree murder OFFENSE TYPE: Felony MAX SENTENCE: 30 Minutes At the timestamp that is provided here, the defendant can be seen armed with a Wesler shotgun, entering the complainant home and initiating and engaging in a gunfight with the complainant which ended in the death of the complainant as seen in the footage. STATEMENT OF PROBABLE CAUSE After looking into a case sent by a complainant by the name of reachmasterable against the Defendant by the name of midfoley. A video which was provided as evidence was sent in with the case and after watching the footage that was sent along with the statement of the events that happened during the incident, I decided to write a CI on midfoley due to the crimes I saw being committed within the footage. In the footage you can see the Defendant midfoley vandalizing the complainant, reachmasterable, penthouse multiple times, as well as committing 2nd degree murder mutiple times which all are timestamped in the charges and explanations up above. The defendant also seems to have trespassed multiple times as well during the encounter which is also timestamped above.
