SUMMONS
Directed to removelungs:
An application for an administrative hearing against you has been submitted by your
employer at the Ridgeway County Transit Authority. A copy of the application is
attached. You must act promptly to protect your rights. On or before December 28,
2022, you must appear before the court communications program to respond to the
application. Your response must state whether you contest or do not contest the
application. If you fail to respond, you are presumed to take no position on the
application, the application will be heard without your presence, and the applicant will
have no obligation to serve you any further documents in relation to the application.
