FINDINGS OF FACT
1) On December 13th, 2022 it was reported that Recruit BattalionTruckie was arrested for
trespassing within MEZ. He then left the discord and the roblox group without the proper
discharge
2) According to Exhibit B, the recruit was told multiple times by multiple guardsmen to
leave the MEZ, then Major domiesok told the recruit he was going to get arrested. The
recruit then said “do it” so that's what the Major did.
3) Exhibit C is the record of the recruit showing that he was arrested for trespassing along
with the description of the crime.
4) According to Exhibit D, the recruit has left the RNG Discord without following proper
RNG Discharge procedure. Also, the recruits discord user and ID is displayed for
clarification.
5) Within Exhibit E, this is the investigation regarding recruit BattalionTruckie for leaving
the discord and the group. The recruit goes on to say that he did leave because there was
no point of his staying in as he was going to get discharged. Also, there is verification of
his discord ID and user.
6) This all is sufficient evidence of the recruit leaving the servers without proper discharge
FINDINGS OF LAW AND POLICY
1) It is against Ridgeway National Guard (herein RNG) policy to leave the official RNG
Roblox group and/or the official RNG Discord server without proper authorization as
prescribed by RNG Code of Conduct 3002.1(r).
a) The action of leaving the official RNG Roblox group and/or the official RNG
Discord server will herein be referred to as: abandoning post, or leaving post
without proper authorization.
2) Respondent violated RNG Code of Conduct 3002.1(r) by abandoning their post.
3) It is against RNG policy to be charged with a misdemeanor as prescribed by RNG Code
of Conduct 3003.1(f).
4) Respondent violated RNG Code of Conduct 3003.1(f) by being charged with
misdemeanor trespassing.
5) Respondent is subject to the RNG Code of Conduct, including 3002.1(r) and 3003.1(f).
6) I find that Respondent’s actions demonstrated a wanton disregard for the RNG Code of
Conduct, more specifically 3002.1(r) and 3003.1(f).
RECOMMENDATIONS
1) We suggest that Recruit BattalionTruckie receive a Dishonorable Discharge(DD) from the
Ridgeway National Guard, and the associated 4 month employment ban that goes along
with a DD.
CERTIFICATION
We, the tribunal, duly impaneled, do hereby certify the findings of this hearing, and have
forthwith put our recommendations as part of this report. These findings are findings of our own,
and purely our own without any outside interference or coercion. We make this recommendation
in good faith, under pains and penalties of perjury, and that it is not the result of bias, prejudice,
or other unlawful influence on our own judgment.
