FINDINGS OF FACT
1) On December 3rd, 2022, it was reported to the Ridgeway Park Service Internal Affairs
Unit that Volunteer Park Ranger Redactedgrox had violated numerous department
policies and was considered "rogue."
2) On December 3rd, 2022, Volunteer Park Ranger Redactedgrox was subsequently placed
on Administrative Leave and an investigation was launched.
3) On December 3rd, 2022, Deputy Chief Ranger xXBoomblast339Xx began the
investigation and sustained the summary disposition of the investigation.
4) On December 6th,2022, Deputy Chief Ranger xxBoomblast339Xx completed the
investigation and sustained the following violations on the Final Disposition:
a) Violation of Handbook “Conduct Policy”
b) Violation of Handbook “Ride Alongs Policy”
c) Violation of Handbook “General Standards Policy”
d) Violation of Handbook “In-Game Standards Policy”
e) Violation of Handbook “Vehicle Policy”
5) It was recommended by the Internal Affairs Unit that Volunteer Park Ranger
Redactedgrox be dishonorably discharged from the Ridgeway Park Service.
6) The recommendation was approved by Assistant Superintendent ConstantlyVerbal and an
Administrative Hearing Report was filed.
7) Exhibit A shows the Ridgeway Park Service Internal Affairs case report on
RedactedGrox. The report goes over the investigation that was conducted by Lead
Investigator xXBoomblast339Xx. The report Goes over the departmental policies that
RedactedGrox violated. Included in the report is a Finding of facts which details the
actions of RedactedGrox. Which includes the investigation and incident.
8) In Exhibit B the Ridgeway County Sheriff's office is seen responding to shots being fired
in Palmer near the transit authority HQ. When Sheriffs’ deputies arrive on the scene of
the shots, a tourist, who was discharging a wesler, is seen hopping into a RPS volunteer
vehicle and fleeing with the ranger as they get away.
9) In Exhibit C RedactedGrox is seen communicating officerjordan10 in direct messages.
RedactedGrox can be seen saying “ Im going out with a bang”, which can be correlated
to him going “rouge”.
10) In Exhibit D it shows the arrest record of RedactedGrox. The arrest was conducted by
Deputy Chief Ranger Gurra059 on December 2nd, 2022. It also gives a brief
recompilation as to the reason of RedactedGroxs’ arrest.
11) In Exhibit F, it shows Redactedgrox distributing department equipment to another
individual not authorized to possess department equipment. It also shows Redactedgrox
obtaining another loadout and engaging in a pursuit where he is later stopped by law
enforcement officers and charged.
12) In Exhibit G, Redactedgrox is seen being questioned by an Investigator where he admits,
under oath, that they violated numerous department policies that were seen within Exhibit
F.
13) In Exhibit H, Gurra059 is questioned by Internal Affairs regarding the situation in which
they provide their point of view on the situation and affirm the policy violations
committed by Volunteer Redactedgrox.
FINDINGS OF LAW AND POLICY
1) It is a violation of Ridgeway Parks Service policy to conduct oneself unprofessionally,
engage in misconduct, or misrepresent the department.
2) It is a violation of Ridgeway Parks Service policy to engage in criminal activity, both on
and off-duty.
3) It is a violation of Ridgeway Parks Service policy to behave unprofessionally while
carrying out official duties, to behave immaturely while carrying out official duties, and to
violate the laws or regulations of Ridgeway both off and off-duty.
4) Respondent Redactedgrox, as an employee of the Ridgeway Parks Service, is subject to
their policies, including all of the aforementioned policies.
5) I find that the conduct of the respondent in this matter has contravened the Ridgeway
Parks Service policies discussed in paragraphs 1-3 of this section.
6) Additionally, I find that this conduct was committed willfully, intentionally, and with
deliberate disregard of Ridgeway Parks Service policy.
RECOMMENDATIONS
1) The impaneled officers recommend that the respondent be terminated from the Ridgeway
Parks Service
2) The impaneled officers recommend that the respondent be dishonorably discharged from
the Ridgeway Parks Service
