ORDER TO SHOW CAUSE
BattalionGavin is hereby ordered to appear at the Superior Court immediately to show
cause as to why the court should not find you in contempt of court for failing to remain
in the witness stand to give your testimony in BattalionGavin v. GlenMcDeer, RSC-
CV-743, a matter in which you were called as a witness for the trial date on 1 December
2022.
The Sheriff is directed to take into custody and bring before the court BattalionGavin
for a show cause hearing.
