THE STATE OF RIDGEWAY RIDGEWAY COUNTY COURT EffortlessYeet, Plaintiff. -against- daviddevvil2, Defendant. Case No. RSC-CV-739 CIVIL COMPLAINT Presiding Judge: koalaMedvedeva Name, proceeding with counsel hereby brings this civil action and for their allegations against the Defendant, it is alleged as follows: STATEMENT 1. On the 7th of November in the evening, the plaintiff was driving his vehicle (Black Lancelot) Then the defendant jumped on the vehicle of the plaintiff. 2. Then we can see the defendant on the State Department team with a camo uniform. 3. The defendant then proceeds to equip his firearm and shot multiple rounds at the plaintiff while on the top of the hood. 4. The plaintiff then used his vehicle to attempt to flee until he crashed into a fence. 5. Afterwards the plaintiff got out of his vehicle and ran on foot. 6. The defendant continued to attack the plaintiff and caused physical damage with his firearm. 7. The defendant then died in a corner in the Sterling Hood back alley. 8. After his death multiple sugar bags can be seen on the ground. 9. The defendant also stated “woah boy!” 10. After the plaintiff respawned he walked back to where he died (He re-spawned across the street from where he died)” 11. As he walked back he saw the defendant picking up his items from the ground . 12. Afterwards the plaintiff contacted the defendant via discord where the defendant promoted his anti-sugar cane organization. VENUE 1. Venue is proper in this Court because the alleged actions took place in the X, which is a Discord/In-game subject to the laws of Ridgeway County. PARTIES 1. EffortlessYeet Name is a citizen of the United States of America. 2. daviddevvil2 Name is a citizen of the United States of America. TORTS AND PRAYERS FOR RELIEF 1. The Plaintiff is suing the defendant for the following torts: a. WRONGFULL DEATH The defendant discharged his firearm at the plaintiff while on the State Department team which lead to his death. The act was done without any legal cause or justification as the plaintiff was simply attempting to make a living selling sugar. - b. ASSAULT - As stated above the defendant attacked the plaintiff without any legal justification. This was done voluntarily and intentionally by him discharging his weapons numerous times while pursuing the plaintiff. c. TROVER - The defendant wrongfully took the plaintiff assets which consists of the sugar bags that he had harvested earlier that day. This was done without legal justification. 2. The Plaintiff requests that the relief for Tort 1 be as follows: a. $2,500 in ingame currency in punitive and compensatory damages b. The plaintiff also requests an order of protection spanning from 10th of November to 1st of January 2023 3. The Plaintiff requests that the relief for Tort 2 be as follows: a. $1,500 in ingame currency in punitive damages 4. The Plaintiff requests that the relief for Tort 3 be as follows: a. $2,000 in ingame currency in punitive and compensatory damages.
