ORDER TO SHOW CAUSE
Upon the attached First Amended Petition dated November 5th, 2022, and
the attached Declaration of DorkJacob dated November 5th, 2022, and upon all
pleadings and proceedings heretofore had herein–
LET RESPONDENTS SHOW CAUSE BEFORE THIS COURT, at the
Courthouse of the Superior Court of the State of Ridgeway located at One Jackson
Street, Palmer, Ridgeway, on Sunday, November 13th, 2022 at 8:00 PM Eastern
Time, or as soon as thereafter as counsel can be heard, why an order should not be
issued compelling Respondents to be deposed by oral examination in connection
with the incident alleged in the Petition, and for such other, further, or different
relief as may be found just and proper by this court.
SUFFICIENT CAUSE APPEARING THEREFOR, it is–
ORDERED that service of a copy of this order to show cause and the papers
upon which it is based be served upon the Attorney General, the Solicitor General,
and the Respondents via Discord on or before Monday, November 7th, 2022 at
9:00 PM Eastern Time by Petitioner’s counsel and that this delivery shall be
deemed sufficient service thereof, and proof of service shall be filed as soon
thereafter as possible by Petitioner’s counsel, and it is further–
ORDERED that this order shall serve as the notice of petition required by
Rule 20(a)(2) of the Rules of Civil Procedure, and it is further–
ORDERED that opposition papers, if any, must be filed in the filing center
or case channel of this Court by no later than Saturday, November 13th, 2022 at
12:00 AM Eastern Time, with service to Petitioner’s counsel, the undersigned, and
the Clerk of this Court, and it is further–
ORDERED that the motion brought on by this order shall be heard by this
Court on Sunday, November 13th, 2022 at 8:00 PM Eastern Time, or as the Court
otherwise directs.
