FIRST AMENDED COMPLAINT
CIVIL COMPLAINT
COMES NOW, Mr. TaxesArentAwesome, self-representing, hereby submits this
Complaint seeking monetary relief.
STATEMENT OF FACTS
1. On Oct 27, Plaintiff was driving a Blue Tremor with a license plate of FJOEBDN
that was registered to the Plaintiff within the parking lot of the Palmer Car
Dealership located on Palmer Boulevard within the City of Palmer.
2. Defendant MasayoshiYamamura, armed with a Stetson M2A rifle, gunned down
the Plaintiff who was within their vehicle. This caused significant damage to the
vehicle and left the vehicle to stray onto Palmer Boulevard.
3. Defendant Yamamura engages in a gunfight with boys1284 in the vicinity of the
vehicle, which causes significant damage to the vehicle but does not cause it to
implode to excessive damage. Defendant Yamamura is killed, as well as another
unrelated assailant that was attacking boys1284.
4. boys1284 reloads their firearm and shoots at the Blue Tremor, causing it to
implode and destroy all property within the vehicle itself.
5. Since the incident, plaintiff and boys1284 have come to a peaceful resolution
out-of-court, but such resolution has not been reached with Defendant Yamamura.
In fact, it has been difficult for the Plaintiff to locate and find Defendant
Yamamura’s contact information.
VENUE
1. This Court has jurisdiction of the case to “exercise original jurisdiction for all civil
and criminal cases or controversies.” See R.S.C. Art. V., Sec. IV. Additionally, this
Court has jurisdiction to issue all writs related to matters before it. See 1 R. Stat. §
207 (“All courts may issue all writs necessary or appropriate”).
2. Venue is proper because the alleged actions took place in the City of Palmer,
which is subject to the laws of the State of Ridgeway.
PARTIES
1. Plaintiff TaxesArentAwesome [#125718500] is a Resident of the State of
Ridgeway and has a Discord contact of CasuallyMental#3344.
2. Defendant MasayoshiYamamura [#98947732] is a Resident of the State of
Ridgeway and has a Discord contact of ARAYASHIKI#9999.
CAUSES OF ACTIONS
1 R. Stat. § 209 — Wrongful Death
Against Defendant MasayoshiYamamura
1. Plaintiff re-alleges and incorporates herein by reference all of the foregoing
allegations in the preceding paragraphs.
2. Defendant MasayoshiYamamura used their Stetson M2A rifle to shoot and kill
Plaintiff, who was unarmed and posed no objective threat to them, without legal
cause or justification.

3. Plaintiff re-alleges and incorporates herein by reference all of the foregoing
allegations in the preceding paragraphs.
4. Defendant MasayoshiYamamura used their Stetson M2A rifle to shoot and
eventually contribute to the destruction of a Blue Tremor registered with license
plate FJOEBDN.
5. Plaintiff had full legal right and possession of the Blue Tremor as it was registered
in the name of the Plaintiff, purchased legally by the Plaintiff, and was in the
immediate possession of the Plaintiff until its conversion and subsequent
destruction.
PRAYER FOR RELIEF
WHEREFORE, the Plaintiff in the above-styled case prays that the Court grant the
following relief:
1. On the first cause of action, Plaintiff prays that this Court finds Defendant
MasayoshiYamamura liable for the following damages—
a. Award $2,500 in punitive damages.
2. On the second cause of action, Plaintiff prays that this Court finds Defendant
MasayoshiYamamura liable for the following damages—
a. Award $600 in compensatory damages for Plaintiff having to replace the
Blue Tremor mentioned in this action after its conversion and destruction.
b. Award $140 in compensatory damages for Plaintiff’s personal property that
was within the Blue Tremor mentioned in this action after its conversion
and destruction.
c. Award $2,000 in punitive damages.
