MANTED DISCOVERY TURNOVER
COME NOW, The State, by and through its undersigned State Attorney, hereby turns in the following items of
information relevant to the case in the possession, custody and control of the prosecution. This document shall
serve as a Mandated Discovery for the Defendant, pursuant to Rid. R. Crim. P. 14(a)(1)(A) and shall provide
the defense with the following pieces of evidence:
a. Videographic evidence relevant to the defendant’s actions undertook against the victim:
i. Exhibit A - Original video evidence of incident
b. Ridgeway State Police Investigation document:
i. Exhibit X - Investigative Report CRN 2-05-0112-S-RSP
c. Defendant avatar identification:
i. Exhibit B - Nikkatsa avatar identification
d. Witnesses the State is willing to call for testimony:
i. HarryTShepherd - lay
ii. wyve_rns - expert
RECIPROCAL DISCOVERY FOR THE PROSECUTION
This document shall also serve as a Reciprocal Discovery for the Prosecution, pursuant to Rid.
Crim. P. 14(a)(1)(B), which by itself compels the defense in requitting such discovery, properly
presented in accordance with all the procedural Rules of Evidence.
CERTIFICATE OF COMPLIANCE
The Certificate of Compliance, filed under Rid. R. Crim. P. 14(a)(3), states that the prosecution
has disclosed the foregoing evidence after best inquiry, to the best of its knowledge.
