I am DorkJacob, counsel of record for Plaintiff removelungs in the
above-entitled action. As a result of this Court’s order dismissing the First and
Third Causes of Action for lack of jurisdiction, my client has filed a motion for
leave to amend the Complaint to replead with only the Second Cause of Action
(Official Misconduct). My client also moves for leave to amend the disclosures
filed on or about September 19th, 2022 as to the computation of damages, which

You must pay by the due date at 8:00 PM Central Time by contacting
DorkJacob and arranging to be in-game with them at the same time to accomplish
payment via ATM transfer.
If you do not pay us by the due date, DorkJacob Law will assess ten percent
(10%) interest per day on the payable balance starting at 8:00 PM Central Time on
the due date and continuing each day after until the statement is paid. However,
you will not be charged any additional fees or interest if we are not able to arrange
a date and time for you to pay us and vise versa.
You may use a one-time courtesy seven (7) business days extension on any
statement except your first statement. However, you must tell DorkJacob that you
are exercising that option within three (3) business days of the statement date, not
counting the day the statement is issued to you if that day is a business day. If you
think your statement is wrong in some way, or if you need more information about
a transaction on your statement, please let DorkJacob know as soon as possible.
