Dear Judge Medvedeva,
I am DorkJacob, counsel of record for Plaintiff removelungs in the
above-entitled action. This letter addresses the Defense’s Motion to Strike a
declaration made by myself yesterday and filed today.
In the motion, Mr. Effect accuses my client of perjury – that is a very serious
allegation, one that if found to be true, could result in sanctions against my client.
After all, perjury is “the voluntary violation of an oath or vow either by swearing to
what is untrue or by omission to do what has been promised under oath.”

That conversation, see DorkJacob Dec., Ex. A, shows Mr. Effect saying
“right” in response to the undersigned asking “it seems you arrested [removelungs]
shortly after he joined the game for merely walking over to you when you were
rolling up on a house and asking ‘whats going on’”,1 to which Mr. Effect responded
“right, is that all?” The definition of right is “conforming to facts or truth”.

Effect admitted that he arrested removelungs for simply asking the question of
“what’s going on”.
The undersigned is aware that Model Rule of Professional Conduct 3.3
states that “a lawyer shall not knowingly … make a false statement of fact or law
to a tribunal.” To do so would be patently unethical, and would be grounds for
disbarment and criminal prosecution.
