MOTION TO STRIKE
The Defendant in the aforementioned matter respectfully submits this motion to strike on
the grounds of Perjury.
ARGUMENT
The Plaintiff filed a disclosure where he claimed “I spoke with Defendant PeakEffect
before commencing this lawsuit…in that conversation, [the Defendant] admitted that they
arrested removelungs for merely walking over.” The Plaintiff then submits an attachment that
shows no sort of admission of guilt by the Defendant, stating “Right…Sorry was that all?...Is that
it.” The statement made by the Defendant does not reflect any admission of wrongdoing, and the
DorkJacob Declaration should be struck from the record on grounds of Perjury.
