knowing that false statements on this form are punishable by law, state that the facts contained herein
are true. Your affiant has probable cause to believe that on 08/04/2022, at the Palmer City Car
Dealership in Ridgeway County, State of Ridgeway, defendant SaintFactors committed one or more
criminal offense(s):
X1 Aggravated Assault, x2 Vandalisim, x1 Unlawful Display of a Deadly Firearm, Three (3) Counts of
Second-Degree Murder
Your affiant, being duly sworn, depose and state that the facts supporting this belief are as follows:
1. I've been with the Ridgeway State Police since October 2nd, 2021. Prior to joining the Ridgeway State
Police, I worked as a Corporal for the Ridgeway County Sheriff's Office's Special Response Team for 3-4
months. Before joining the Sheriff's Office, I worked as a regular Patrol Officer for the Palmer Police
Department. I was the Lieutenant of Field Operations, Area Commander of Ridgeway Troops A, B, and the
Traffic Enforcement Division before joining the State Bureau of Investigations. I've been with the State
Bureau of Investigations for over two months now, and I've helped close a few major cases, including one
involving a dealer and another involving a department command member.
2. This statement is made in support of a criminal complaint against SaintFactors for violations of the
aforementioned statutes
3. On 08/04/2022, at approximately 15:38 hours, Complainant DorkJacob was murdered by the
defendant three times.
4. On August 9th, 2022, the State Bureau of Investigations under the Ridgeway State Police received
a report regarding the defendant, SaintFactors committing murder on August 4th, 2022. Your
Affiant was subsequently assigned to this case following its submission and the following analysis
is the direct analysis from their investigation.
Initially, a Department of Justice complaint was filed against the defendant, and we were given
Exhibit A, a video of the incident, which took place on August 4th, 2022, at the Palmer Penthouses,
Unit 1B. Exhibit A shows the complainant walking out of the Palmer Penthouses building, and the
defendant immediately jumps on them, brandishing an axe and hitting them. The complainant
dodges the defendant and runs into the Palmer Car Dealership, where they spawn their Grey

Landcaster. While the complainant is in the gui, spawning their vehicle, the defendant strikes them,
knocking them to the ground and then eliminating them. The complainant dies, then respawns at
their Palmer Penthouse, where they are confronted by the defendant, who is still swinging their
axe. The complainant is able to get into their vehicle and drive away, but the defendant climbs onto
the hood and kills the complainant through the windshield, resulting in the windshield breaking.
The complainant once again respawns and sprints towards their Grey Landcaster, only to be met by
the defendant, who is still swinging their axe. The complainant gets into and drives their Grey
Landcaster, but the defendant murders him through the windshield again. The axe counts as a
deadly weapon as it has been used to kill the victim afterwards. It was obviously not holstered as
shown in the videographic evidence. The assault was done prior to the victim's death, by chasing
him with an unholstered axe, where the intention of harming him was purely visible. At 0:25 in the
clip, we can see the defendant, using their axe, break the windows of the Palmer Car Dealership.
Exhibit B is an interview with the Complainant, conducted by your Affiant. During the interview, we
were provided Exhibit C, a civil complaint, drafted by the complainant, to the Superior Court of
Ridgeway. Exhibit D is an interrogation with the Defendant, conducted by your Affiant.
Initial interviews began around 6:54 PM EST on August 9th, 2022, with DorkJacob. Prior to the
incident depicted in Exhibit A, the Complainant, DorkJacob, stated that he had never engaged with
the Defendant. Prior to the incident, the Complainant had never been involved in a situation
involving the defendant. During the interview, the complainant gave us Exhibit C, a PDF drafted by
the Complainant for the Superior Courts of Ridgeway against the Defendant. SaintFactors provided
a further statement. According to the defendant, SaintFactors, he really recalls the situation. The
Defendant states that prior to the incident, he hasn’t interacted with the complainant. He states
that the game was very dead, and he was bored. A full transcript of the interrogation can be seen in
Exhibit D.

their vehicles and attempts to drive away, however they are intercepted by the defendant
who jumps on the hood of the complainants vehicle, and kills them with an axe through the
windshield.
3. Timestamp (01:20 - 01:35) - During the aforementioned timestamps, the complainant hops
into their vehicle as they are evading from the defendant, and drives away, however they are
once again killed through the windshield with an axe.
