COUNT ONE - 3 R.C.C. § 10 - SECOND DEGREE MURDER
OFFENSE TYPE: FELONY

In Exhibit A, we see the Defendant, kingodellcurry20, jump out of a vehicle occupied by himself
and his accomplice. Upon exiting the vehicle, the Defendant pulls out a Stetson M2-A, firing into
a crowd of people and subsequently killing an innocent civilian, Weelanctx.
COUNT TWO- 3 R.C.C. § 10 - SECOND DEGREE MURDER
OFFENSE TYPE: FELONY
MAX SENTENCE: 30 MINUTES
In Exhibit A, we see the Defendant, kingodellcurry20, jump out of a vehicle occupied by himself
and his accomplice. After killing one innocent civilian, the Defendant continued his rampage,
with his accomplice firing alongside him, the Defendant killed another innocent civilian,
Xanderab.
COUNT THREE - 3 R.C.C. § 10 - SECOND DEGREE MURDER
OFFENSE TYPE: FELONY
MAX SENTENCE: 30 MINUTES
In Exhibit A, we see the Defendant, kingodellcurry20, jump out of a vehicle occupied by himself
and his accomplice. After already killing two innocent civilians, the Defendant was engaged by
an SPS driver, who was delivering parcels. The SPS driver was subsequently shot at by the
Defendant and his accomplice, leading to the death of the SPS Driver, YouFoundBluee
COUNT FOUR - 5 R.C.C. § 08 - UNLAWFUL POSSESSION OF POLICE-GRADE

In Exhibit A, we see the Defendant, kingodellcurry20, jump out of a vehicle occupied by himself
and his accomplice. We see that the Defendant, in his killing and murderous rampage, armed with
a Stetson M2-A, a Police issued Automatic Assault Rifle.
STATEMENT OF PROBABLE CAUSE
I am Detective Gunter_TheKING with the Palmer Police Department Special Investigations Unit. I have
served with the Palmer Police Department since February 9th, 2022 and have been a Detective within
the Special Investigations Unit since May 20, 2022. Based on the evidence received, as well as contact
with the Complainant, witnesses and the Defendant as well as extensive knowledge of the Law, I have
probable cause to believe the following:
On the 22nd of June, 2022, the Defendant, along with another subject, parked their vehicle, a black
Tremor in the parking lot of Bloxmart. Following that, both of the subjects stepped out of their vehicle,
each unslinging an illegal M2 rifle. After that, both of them discharged their weapons, killing 3 civilians.
2 of the victims were civilians, one was a SPS employee.
