GRAND JURY INDICTMENT
IN THE NAME AND BY THE AUTHORITY OF THE STATE OF RIDGEWAY:
The GRAND JURY, for the County of Ridgeway, State of Ridgeway, duly selected, empanelled, sworn, charged,
and organized as such at the DECEMBER Term, AD, 2022, of the Ridgeway Superior Court, upon their oaths
present in and to said Court at said term that XJVMMA, hereinafter styled Defendant, be hereby charged as
follows.
COUNT 1
ASSAULT WITH A DEADLY WEAPON
R. C. C. § 3.03 / FELONY
On or about the date of December 4th, 2022, the Defendant, a Lieutenant within the Palmer
Police Department was on duty and actively performing her duties near Tom’s Takeout. While at
Tom’s Takeout, PirateHookTail had driven up in his vehicle and exited it, before hopping out and
standing on the sidewalk. The defendant followed him, subsequently drew her Stetson-M2-A and
discharged her firearm at PirateHookTail once, injuring him.
COUNT 2
OFFICIAL MISCONDUCT
R. C. C. § 6.06 / MISDEMEANOR
On or about the date of December 4th, 2022, the Defendant shot PirateHookTail with a deadly
weapon, as described in count one. This act was done in relation to the Defendant’s office, but
was an unauthorized exercise of her functions. The Defendant was in full knowledge of this act
and its illegality.
COUNT 3
OFFICIAL MISCONDUCT
R. C. C. § 6.06 / MISDEMEANOR
On or about the date of December 4th, 2022, the Defendant shot PirateHookTail with a beanbag
shotgun. This act was done in relation to the Defendant’s office, but was an unauthorized
exercise of her functions. The Defendant was in full knowledge of this act and its illegality.
AGAINST THE PEACE AND DIGNITY OF THE STATE.
