GRAND JURY INDICTMENT
IN THE NAME AND BY THE AUTHORITY OF THE STATE OF RIDGEWAY:
The GRAND JURY, for the County of Ridgeway, State of Ridgeway, duly selected, empanelled, sworn,
charged, and organized as such at the SEPTEMBER Term, AD, 2022, of the Ridgeway Superior Court,
upon their oaths present in and to said Court at said term that 125852, hereinafter styled Defendant, be
hereby charged as follows.
COUNT 1
MURDER IN THE FIRST DEGREE
S.C.C. § 3.09 / FELONY
On or about the date of the 18th of June, 2022, the Defendant was engaged in pursuit by the Ridgeway
State Police. The Ridgeway State Police pursued the Defendant for a few minutes, until he was brought
to a stop by the Trooper, g_dsteel, and Deputy ConstantlyVerbal. Upon being brought to a stop, the
Defendant got out of his vehicle, and after the Trooper pulled his taser and attempted to tase the
Defendant, the Defendant shot and killed Trooper g_dsteel.
COUNT 2
MURDER IN THE FIRST DEGREE
S.C.C. § 3.09 / FELONY
On or about the date of the 18th of June, 2022, the Defendant was engaged in pursuit by the Ridgeway
State Police. The Ridgeway State Police pursued the Defendant for a few minutes, until he was brought
to a stop by the Trooper, g_dsteel, and Deputy ConstantlyVerbal. Upon being brought to a stop, the
Defendant got out of his vehicle, and after shooting and killing Trooper g_dsteel, he turned the gun to
the Deputy, shooting and killing Deputy ConstantlyVerbal.
COUNT 3
ATTEMPTED MURDER
S.C.C. § 3.08 / FELONY
On or about the date of the 18th of June, 2022, the Defendant was engaged in pursuit by the Ridgeway
State Police. The Ridgeway State Police pursued the Defendant for a few minutes, until he was brought
to a stop by the Trooper, g_dsteel, and Deputy ConstantlyVerbal. After being shot and killed by the
Defendant, the Trooper then returned to the scene of the crime, which he was met by gunfire from the
Defendant, however, this time, the Trooper shot and killed the Defendant.
COUNT 4
FELONY EVASION
S.C.C. § 2.10 / FELONY
On or about the date of the 18th of June, 2022, the Defendant was engaged in pursuit by the Ridgeway
State Police. The Ridgeway State Police pursued the Defendant for a few minutes, in which time the
Defendant committed numerous traffic violations, such as speeding, running stop signs and even
mounting the sidewalks with his vehicle.
