COUNTERCLAIM
The Defendant in the aforementioned matter respectfully submits this counterclaim:
1. The Plaintiff pay out $2,500 dollars of in-game currency for the following reasons:
a. Assault - The Plaintiff struck the vehicle of the Defendant, causing emotional
scarring, PTSD, and other mental damages; $1,500 dollars.
b. Punitive damages; $1,000 dollars.
2. The Plaintiff, and counsel, write a 200-word apology letter to the Defendant for attacking
him directly with frivolous claims, belitering insults, having him suffering emotional
damage, and inconveniencing his service to the County with this lawsuit.
