Re: Letter Regarding Response to First Set of Requests for Admission

Dear Judge Hecxtro,
I am DorkJacob, and I represent chexburger in the above-captioned
proceeding. My client has received Mr. Gavin’s response to our First Set of
Requests for Admission and is challenging Responses 2 and 3 to our Requests.
Exhibits B and C will show for the trier of fact particularly that Mr. Gavin
clearly crashed into chexburger, and not the other way around. To exclude it
because it’s allegedly “needless cumulative evidence”. While we will show at trial
the seconds revolving around Exhibits B and C, Exhibits B and C serve as a visual
aid for the trier of fact.
Thus, we respectfully submit that Exhibits B and C are not needless
cumulative evidence. Mr. Gavin’s responses to Requests 2 and 3 should be struck.
