ORDER ON ADMINISTRATIVE CLAIM
WHEREAS, the Petitioner and Palmer Police Department have come to a settlement in the
Administrative Claim At Hand.
WHEREAS, the Palmer Police Department has agreed to remove Maxthatzombie’s
administrative warning, without claiming exposure for the issuance of this disciplinary action.
WHEREAS, the Petitioner agrees to drop the matter at hand.
WHEREAS, the Petitioner has completed the required Phases by the LETC according to the
Settlement - confirmed by Attorney General and Mediator Techiey.
NOW THEREFORE, The claim is sustained and the administrative warning as a result of the
investigation on July 6th, 2022 is ordered to be removed.
