CIVIL COMPLAINT
COMES NOW, Plaintiff, STICKZA (“Plaintiffs”), for causes of action against Defendant
REALROBOT12. Plaintiffs allege:
INTRODUCTION
1. On August 16th, 2022, Plaintiff stickza was located at the Palmer City Hall, awaiting a
judge to arrive. While waiting, the Defendant entered City Hall with a gun wielded,
ready to shoot.
2. Stickza, on many occasions, attempted to deter the Defendant as he appeared menacing,
and unstable. On many occasions while trying to run, however, the Defendant many
times engaged in a pursuit with stickza.
3. On one specific occasion, however, stickza was attempting to deter the Defendant by
running outside as previously, the Defendant shot inside the Palmer City Hall countless
times. While trying to run back in, Defendant began discharging his weapon.
4. Defendant realrobot12 discharged his automatic rifle, shooting stickza a number of
times. As a result, stickza was killed with no legal justification by the Defendant.
PARTIES
5. Plaintiff Stickza is a Resident of the State of Ridgeway.
6. Defendant realrobot12 is a Resident of the State of Ridgeway.
FIRST CAUSE OF ACTION
(Wrongful Death)
7. Plaintiff reaffirms the previous allegations herein this civil complaint.
8. Defendant wilfully pursued the Plaintiff for approximately 6 minutes before killing the
Plaintiff. Defendant had connived to bring about the wrongful death.
PRAYERS FOR RELIEF
Wherefore, Plaintiff prays that this court:
a. Award Plaintiff $600 in damages for the loss of their life;
b. Award Plaintiff $1000 in punitive damages;
c. Award Plaintiff $125 filing fee for the action;
d. Declare that the Defendant connived to wrongfully kill Plaintiff;
e. Any other remedy deemed necessary by this court.
