The State hereby enters a notice of nolle prosequi against the Defendant and asks that this court discharges the
Defendant. The State is not confident in its bility to prove all the charges put apon the Defendant, as our only lay
witness has left discord / roblox thus un-able to verify the evidence. Furthermore, the State would not like to waist
our own, and the court’s resources on this matter.
