STATEMENT OF PROBABLE CAUSE
On June 24th, 2022, the Ridgeway Department of Justice received a criminal complaint against the
defendant, Chuxro appearing to murder the complainant. The criminal complaint would subsequently be
sent to the State Bureau of Investigations, where Probationary Agent SOURCED_V was assigned to
investigate.
In the report submitted by the complainant, the Department of Justice, subsequently the State Bureau of
Investigations, were given two videos pertaining to the encounters of the complainant and the defendant.
Exhibit A, labeled as the Primary Encounter and Exhibit B, labeled as the Secondary Encounter films
were submitted alongside the preliminary report. Exhibit C and Exhibit D were added as close-up
screenshots generated within Exhibit B in order to clarify and evidently mark the suspects’ weapons and
involvement into the scene.
The first interview was conducted with the complainant, chexburger. The complainant stated that the
defendant and his accomplice followed the complainant’s gray Tremor as seen in Exhibit A. The
complainant stated that, whilst in an attempt to avoid the suspect, driving a blue Rodeo following them,
he turned into the Sterling Train Yard (where the Exhibit A Film begins). Whilst attempting to avoid the
suspect, under the assumption that the suspect followed the complainant into the train yard, the
complainant drove onto Opal Avenue, where they encountered the suspect, with his accomplice driving
him. This is where the suspect’s accomplice, CityProsecutor, shoots the complainant.
The second video (listed as Exhibit B, the Secondary Encounter), follows Exhibit A after a few minutes,
roughly 3 minutes and 11 seconds later. The complainant restates the events that occur in Exhibit B,
where they pull over next to the Tremor following the complainant’s escape from their pursuit, and then
begin shooting at the complainant, murdering him and his passenger.
