SUPERIOR COURT OF THE STATE OF RIDGEWAY DORKJACOB, Plaintiff, v. SAINTFACTORS, Defendant. No. RSC-CV-597 COMPLAINT DorkJacob hereby brings this civil action and alleges as follows– INTRODUCTION 1. On or about May 4th, 2022, Plaintiff DorkJacob was at their law office at 1B Palm View, Palmer, Ridgeway, when they attempted to cross Farley Street to the Palmer Car Dealership to pick up a grey truck with license plate COUNTRY. 2. Defendant SaintFactors repeatedly killed them again and again as they attempted to do so, causing Jacob to have to respawn three times. JURISDICTION AND VENUE 3. This Court has jurisdiction pursuant to Article V, Section IV of the Constitution of the State of Ridgeway. 4. Venue is proper in this Court because the incident took place within Ridgeway County. PARTIES 5. Plaintiff DorkJacob is a resident of the State of Ridgeway and resides at 1450 Belgrade Road, Palmer, Ridgeway. FIRST CAUSE OF ACTION (Wrongful Death) 6. Plaintiff repeats and realleges the allegations contained in all preceding paragraphs as if fully set forth herein. Defendant shot at and killed Plaintiff at the Palmer Car Dealership on or about May 4th, 2022 without legal cause or justification, and thus wrongfully caused the death of Plaintiff. SECOND CAUSE OF ACTION (Wrongful Death) 8. Plaintiff repeats and realleges the allegations contained in all preceding paragraphs as if fully set forth herein. 9. Defendant shot at and killed Plaintiff at the Palmer Car Dealership on or about May 4th, 2022 (while Plaintiff was trying to drive away) without legal cause or justification, and thus wrongfully caused the death of Plaintiff. THIRD CAUSE OF ACTION (Wrongful Death) 10. Plaintiff repeats and realleges the allegations contained in all preceding paragraphs as if fully set forth herein. 11. Defendant shot at and killed Plaintiff at the Palmer Gas Station on or about May 4th, 2022 without legal cause or justification, and thus wrongfully caused the death of Plaintiff. PRAYER FOR RELIEF Wherefore, Plaintiff prays that the Court– ON THE FIRST CAUSE OF ACTION a. Declare that Defendant killed Plaintiff without legal cause or justification; b. Award Plaintiff actual damages; c. Order Defendant to apologize to Plaintiff for their conduct; d. Award such other, further, or different relief as may be just and proper. ON THE SECOND CAUSE OF ACTION e. Declare that Defendant killed Plaintiff without legal cause or justification; f. Award Plaintiff actual damages; g.
