MEMORANDUM AND ORDER
The Defendant hereinafter ‘JH’ plead guilty to all eight counts in the Criminal
Information on the 9th of August 2022. Sentencing was scheduled for the 12th of August1
2022. The Court then advised JH of all his rights and the consequences of forfeiture pursuant
to Rid. Crim. R. Proc. 28(a-c).
Due to the severity of the offenses listed against the defendant, his risk to the
community and lack of mitigating factors the Court sentenced JH to 100 minutes in the State
Penitentiary. Additionally, the Court orders that JH be placed on probation in accordance
with the Probation Order attached to this judgment for a period of 2 weeks starting from
today’s date.
SO ORDERED, ADJUDGED AND DECREED.

PROBATION ORDER
IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that the defendant is placed on probation for a period of
two (2) weeks, expiring SAT AUG 27 2022 8:30 PM EST pursuant to 1 R. Stat. § 139.
During this period of time, the defendant is ordered to comply with the following conditions:
(a) Report every five (5) days to their Probation Officer as assigned by the Ridgeway
County Sheriff’s Office. See 1 R. Stat. § 141.
(b) Comply with all randomized searches and seizures of property, dwellings and of his
person. See 1 R. Stat. § 146.
(c) Not possess, display, brandish, discharge, or otherwise have on their person ANY
weapon including firearms, or items whose sole purpose is to inflict harm.
(d) Identify yourself as a person on probation, if asked by any law enforcement officer.
See 1 R. Stat. § 147.
SO ORDERED, ADJUDGED AND DECREED.
