ORDER
BACKGROUND
On July 26th, 2022, Lieutenant RandomGuyNamed from the Ridgeway County Sheriff’s Office warned
NateLMarshall, the Respondent, that they had twenty-four hours to comply with a department exile search
otherwise the Agency would proceed with administrative proceedings. The Respondent did not comply with the
search therefore on the 30th of July, 2022, he was served a termination notice. Two days later, on the 1st of
August, 2022, the Ridgeway County Sheriff’s Office initiated administrative proceedings within the
Administrative Court of the State of Ridgeway. The Respondent is entitled to a seven (7) day grace period after
the termination is served before the Agency may initiate proceedings.
ORDER TO COMPLY WITH CONTRACTUAL OBLIGATIONS
WHEREAS, the respondent failed to comply with contractual obligations to have his inventories
searched, and the Sheriff’s Office has petitioned the court to enforce said contract.
NOW THEREFORE, the respondent is ORDERED AND ENJOINED to allow the Sheriff’s Office to
search his inventories within twenty-four (24) hours after being served this order.
SO ORDERED, ADJUDGED AND DECREED.
