BACKGROUND
On August 12th, 2022, Administrative Judge Peacedownload entered an order requiring the Respondent
to make themselves available for and comply with a search of their person and property by the Ridgeway
County Sheriff’s Office by or before August 20th, 2022. The Respondent has failed to comply with this order as
of August 25th, 2022.
ORDER TO SEARCH PERSON & VEHICLE INVENTORY
WHEREAS, the respondent failed to comply with an order issued by the Administrative Courts to abide
by their contractual obligation to make themselves available for and comply with a search of their person and
property by the Ridgeway County Sheriff’s Office by the prescribed deadline.
NOW THEREFORE, the respondent is ORDERED to make themselves available for search of their
person and property, including their vehicles, by any duly sworn peace officer.
SPECIAL INSTRUCTIONS
This order shall be indefinite until such a time that any duly sworn peace officer conducted the search.
The respondent shall not be arrested if police-grade equipment is discovered. Return the warrant directly to
Administrative Judge Peacedownload upon completion.
SO ORDERED, ADJUDGED AND DECREED.
