Count 1 of ‘Unlawful Possession of Police-Grade Equipment With Intent to Sell’ is appropriate
as during the execution of the 1st search warrant from the application in Exhibit C, 312 Stetson
M2A police-grade rifles and 9 Para 17 police-grade pistols were found in the Defendant’s
possession, noted in the search warrant receipt in Exhibit B.

WITH INTENT TO SELL

Count 2 of ‘Unlawful Possession of Police-Grade Equipment With Intent to Sell’ is appropriate
as seen in Exhibit D and Exhibit G and from the application in Exhibit E, 39 additional Stetson
M2-A police-grade rifles were found and seized during the execution of the 2nd search warrant.

Count 3 of ‘Unlawful Possession of Firearms with Intent to Sell’ is appropriate as 1 Solami and
88 boxes of 5.56 ammo were seized from the defendant during the 1st search warrant which can
be found in Exhibit B and the defendant being a tourist of the State of Ridgeway, not able to
legally hold an RFLID. The application for the search warrant can be found in Exhibit C.

COUNT 4 - 5 R.C.C § 02 - UNLAWFUL POSSESSION OF FIREARMS WITH INTENT TO
SELL
OFFENSE TYPE - FELONY
MAX SENTENCE - 20 MINUTES
Count 4 of ‘Unlawful Possession of Firearms with Intent to Sell’ is appropriate as a total of 25
boxes of 5.56 ammo, 19 boxes of 12 gauge ammo, and 1 box of 9mm ammo were found and
seized during the execution of the 2nd search warrant, seen in Exhibit D and G. The search
warrant receipt and a video of the execution can be found in Exhibits G and D. An application
for the search warrant can be found in Exhibit E.

STATEMENT OF PROBABLE CAUSE
My name is UnKnownHoooman, I am currently employed as a Senior Special Agent within the
Ridgeway State Police’s State Bureau of Investigations. I have been employed with the State Police since
April 24th, 2022. I am a certified peace officer by the Law Enforcement Training Center. Based on
personal knowledge and evidence provided to the State Bureau of Investigations, I have probable cause
to believe the following:
On June 25th, 2022, the State Bureau of Investigations received a tip with evidence of the defendant in
possession of a Stetson M2A, a police-grade firearm that is illegal for the defendant to possess. In the
video in Exhibit A, the defendant can be seen running from the Palmer Car Dealership spawner to the
trunk of their black percivel. The defendant can then be seen pulling out a Stetson M2A and reloading it
before running back to the Palmer Car Dealership spawner. At 0:26 in the video in Exhibit A, it is clear
that the weapon on the back of the defendant is a Stetson M2A. As a result, a search warrant application
was filed against the defendant which can be found in Exhibit C. On July 1st, 2022, the search warrant
issued by Magistrate Judge t1dtony was executed by Corporal e_lzu of the Ridgeway County Sheriff’s
Office. A total of 312 Stetson M2As, nine Para 17s, one Solami, and 88 boxes of 5.56 ammo were seized,
making it the largest search warrant bust in the history of the state. The search warrant receipt can be
found in Exhibit B.
On July 14th, 2022, another search warrant application, which can be found in Exhibit E, was filed
against the defendant by Supervisory Special Agent BlackMrcow23 of the Ridgeway State Police’s State
Bureau of Investigations because of the incident documented in Exhibit F. In the video in Exhibit F, the
defendant can be seen in the driver seat of a blue tremor at the Sterling Car Dealership. The defendant
starts to drive away from the Sterling Car Dealership before returning back and parking their vehicle in
front of an unmarked cavela with two troopers in it. Immediately afterward, the defendant, along with
their passenger, hop out of the vehicle with Stetson M2As and open fire on the two troopers killing them.
As a result, another search warrant was conducted on the defendant on July 18th, 2022 by Corporal
CarnageCulture of the Ridgeway State Police. A total of 39 Stetson M2As, 25 boxes of 5.56 ammo, 1 box
of 9mm ammo, and 19 boxes of 12 gauge ammo were seized from the defendant. Based on the evidence
provided, I believe the defendant should be charged with Unlawful Possession of Police-Grade
Equipment, Unlawful Possession of a Firearm, Unlawful Possession of Firearms with Intent to Sell,
First-Degree Murder, Unlawful Discharge of a Firearm, and Brandishing.
