MOTION FOR DISCOVERY
In accordance with Rid. R. Civ. P. 19 Defendant in the above entitled matter hereby
motions to discover the following items to be submitted in addition to the Plaintiff’s initial
discovery obligations:
1. Any record, recordings, transcripts, or a written transcription to the best memory of the
participating party, of Plaintiff counsel’s discussion with Solicitor General Turntable5000
on June 24, 2022.
2. A copy of all filings and submissions made in an effort to report the Defendants to
various governing authorities including, but not limited to, the Department of Justice, the
State Bar, any police investigative agency, any employer of the Defendant, or otherwise.
3. A complete list of all of the entities that Plaintiff complained to regarding the allegations
of this case.
4. Any discussions with Justice Department officials, including police investigators, relating
to the matters of this case.
5. A transcript of all discussions had with Assistant Attorney General DavidLClarke related
to this case and a copy of all evidence submitted to him.
6. Any evidence given to the Department of Justice and any other entity of which the
Plaintiff complained to in the form of tangible exhibits or testimony relating to this case.
7. Any opinions testimony sought from outside attorneys and law enforcement both as to
the law and to the facts.
8. Any and all recordings, photographs, or all other tangible evidence available to the
Plaintiff regarding the allegations.
9. The criminal record of the Plaintiff, and a complete record of all charges related to
assault, battery, murder of any degree, perjury, or any other crime associated with lying.
10. Any other evidence or testimony not included in this motion but related to the allegations
of this case.
11. A transcript of any discovery given before a grand jury related to this case, if applicable.
