SUPERIOR COURT OF THE STATE OF RIDGEWAY JUST_DAPPER; DORKJACOB, Plaintiffs, v. JACOB_DESTROYER2, Defendant. No. RSC-CV-540 COMPLAINT Just_Dapper and DorkJacob, by and through undersigned counsel, hereby bring this civil action and allege as follows– INTRODUCTION 1. On July 17th, 2022, Plaintiff Just_Dapper was conducting a private investigation into Defendants and their known associates1 on behalf of DorkJacob Law and was driving around the Atlee Apartment Complex. 2. Defendant ran at Dapper’s vehicle with a knife and swung it multiple times, thus assaulting Dapper and preventing Dapper from carrying out the investigation. JURISDICTION AND VENUE 3. This Court has jurisdiction pursuant to Article V, Section IV of the Constitution of the State of Ridgeway. 4. Venue is proper in this Court because the incident took place within Ridgeway County. PARTIES 5. Plaintiff Just_Dapper is a resident of the State of Ridgeway and is employed by Plaintiff DorkJacob in DorkJacob Law as a private investigator. 6. Plaintiff DorkJacob is a resident of the State of Ridgeway, and principally resides at 5 Cyrus Acres, Milton, Ridgeway, and also resides at 1450 Belgrade Road, Palmer, Ridgeway, and owns DorkJacob Law. 1 See Complaint, executermax v. likcow, et al., No. RSC-CV-541 (filed July 17, 2022). Defendant jacob_destroyer2 is a resident of the State of Ridgeway who principally resides at 1A Atlee Road, Palmer, Ridgeway. FIRST CAUSE OF ACTION (Assault) 8. Plaintiffs repeat and reallege the allegations contained in all preceding paragraphs as if fully set forth herein. 9. Defendant intentionally and voluntarily caused Plaintiff Just_Dapper reasonable apprehension of an immediate harmful or offensive contact by running at Dapper’s vehicle, swinging a knife. SECOND CAUSE OF ACTION (Tortious Inference) 10. Plaintiffs repeat and reallege the allegations contained in all preceding paragraphs as if fully set forth herein. 11. Defendant caused economic and career harm to Plaintiffs jointly and severally by preventing their contract from being carried out. PRAYER FOR RELIEF Wherefore, Plaintiffs pray that the Court– ON THE FIRST CAUSE OF ACTION a. Declare that Defendant assaulted Plaintiff Just_Dapper; b. Award Plaintiff Just_Dapper $1,000 in actual damages; c. Award such other, further, or different relief as may be just and proper. ON THE SECOND CAUSE OF ACTION d. Declare that Defendant tortiously interfered with DorkJacob Law’s operations by impeding Plaintiff Just_Dapper from executing their duties as a private investigator; e. Award Plaintiff DorkJacob $1,000 in actual damages; f. Award such other, further, or different relief as may be just and proper.
