No. RSC-CV-541 COMPLAINT executermax, by and through undersigned counsel, hereby brings this civil action and alleges as follows– INTRODUCTION 1. On July 17th, 2022, Plaintiff executermax went with DorkJacob to the apartment complex at Atlee Road to warn Defendants, who are all a part of an organized criminal organization, not to mess with DorkJacob’s clients (i.e. clients of DorkJacob Law, a sole proprietor law firm in the State. 2. Defendants then collectively attempted to box in DorkJacob in their black Actilla (Charger), and when Jacob reversed, Defendants likcow, jacob_destroyer2, and slippery830flan shot and wrongfully killed Jacob and Max. JURISDICTION AND VENUE 3. This Court has jurisdiction pursuant to Article V, Section IV of the Constitution of the State of Ridgeway. 4. Venue is proper in this Court because the incident took place within Ridgeway County. PARTIES 5. Plaintiff executermax is a resident of the State of Ridgeway, who previously resided at 6A Atlee Road, Palmer, Ridgeway. Plaintiff DorkJacob is a resident of the State of Ridgeway who principally resides at 5 Cyrus Acres, Milton, Ridgeway, and also resides at 1450 Belgrade Road, Palmer, Ridgeway. 7. Defendant likcow is a resident of the State of Ridgeway who principally resides at 3A Atlee Road, Palmer, Ridgeway. 8. Defendant jacob_destroyer2 is a resident of the State of Ridgeway who principally resides at 1A Atlee Road, Palmer, Ridgeway. 9. Defendant slippery830flan is a resident of the State of Ridgeway who principally resides at 5A Atlee Road, Palmer, Ridgeway. 10. Defendant John Doe 1 is an unknown individual who participated in the conspiracy. 11. Defendant John Doe 2 is an unknown individual who participated in the conspiracy. CAUSE OF ACTION (Civil Conspiracy) (As to All Defendants) 12. Plaintiff repeats and realleges the allegations contained in all preceding paragraphs as if fully set forth herein. 13. Defendants collectively conspired and colluded to use their vehicles in a common design to vehicularly assault Plaintiffs and to cause Plaintiffs’ deaths by attempting to enable Defendants likcow, jacob_destroyer2, and slippery830flan to have an easier time killing Plaintiffs’ by trapping them in one place, and thus deprived Plaintiffs of their rights under color of law. PRAYER FOR RELIEF Wherefore, Plaintiff prays that the Court–= a. Declare that Defendants conspired to vehicularly assault Plaintiffs and cause Plaintiff’s deaths; b.
