ORDER
As outlined in the settlement agreement, linked to the trello card to which this order is appended,
Defendant agrees to pay Plaintiff $1,000 in actual damages, and $1,425 in legal fees. Defendant agrees to make
payable the actual damages to Timbowalk (who is Plaintiff’s attorney-in-fact) and the legal fees payable to
counsel of record for Plaintiff.
In the event that either party does not abide by the terms of this Agreement, this Agreement shall be
considered null and void and the action be immediately restored to the docket of this Court.
The parties waive any claims or counterclaims against each other in connection with the events alleged
in the Complaint or Answer to the Complaint.
SO ORDERED, ADJUDGED AND DECREED.
