SETTLEMENT AGREEMENT
The parties hereby stipulate, agree, and enter into this Agreement–
1. Enforcement. This Agreement, upon being stipulated, agreed, and entered
into by the parties, as well as decreed and approved by this Court, is enforceable at
law. In the event that either party does not abide by the terms of this Agreement,
this Agreement shall be considered null and void and the action be immediately
restored to the docket of this Court.
2. Severability. In the event one or more terms of this Agreement are found to
be unenforceable, the remaining terms shall remain in force.
3. Payment. In consideration of the waiver of claims, Defendant agrees to pay
Plaintiff $1,000 in actual damages, and $1,425 in legal fees. Defendant agrees to
make payable the actual damages to Timbowalk (who is Plaintiff’s
attorney-in-fact) and the legal fees payable to counsel of record for Plaintiff
(DorkJacob).
4. Waiver. The parties waive any claims or counterclaims against each other in
connection with the events alleged in the Complaint or Answer to the Complaint.
5. Status. This action is to be dismissed with prejudice, under Ridgeway Rule
of Civil Procedure 28(a)(2).
