No. RSC-CV-538 VERIFIED COMPLAINT Timbowalk13, by and through their attorney-in-fact, Timbowalk, and undersigned counsel, hereby brings this civil action and alleges as follows– INTRODUCTION 1. On July 16th, 2022, Plaintiff Timbowalk13 was repairing their vehicle at the repair shop in Downtown Palmer across the street from the Palmer Police Station. 2. Defendant BPD_Edgar then struck Plaintiff with a bat while Plaintiff was getting into their vehicle at the repair shop. Eventually, the conflict carried over near the parking garage in Downtown Palmer. JURISDICTION AND VENUE 3. This Court has jurisdiction pursuant to Article V, Section IV of the Constitution of the State of Ridgeway. 4. Venue is proper in this Court because the incident took place within Ridgeway County. PARTIES 5. Plaintiff Timbowalk13 is a resident of the State of Ridgeway, and their attorney-in-fact is Timbowalk, a resident of the State of Ridgeway who principally resides at 1450 Belgrade Road, Palmer, Ridgeway. 6. Defendant BPD_Edgar is a resident of the State of Ridgeway and is believed to principally reside within Palmer, Ridgeway. Plaintiff repeats and realleges the allegations contained in all preceding paragraphs as if fully set forth herein. 8. Defendant intentionally brought unconsented harmful or offensive contact against Plaintiff near a repair shop and the parking garage in Downtown Palmer on or about July 16th, 2022 by hitting Plaintiff with a bat. PRAYER FOR RELIEF Wherefore, Plaintiff prays that the Court– a. Award Plaintiff $1,000 in actual damages; b. Award Plaintiff $1,000 in punitive damages; c. Award Plaintiff all legal fees; d.
