IN THE NAME AND BY THE AUTHORITY OF THE STATE OF RIDGEWAY:
The GRAND JURY, for the County of Ridgeway, State of Ridgeway, duly selected, empanelled, sworn, charged,
and organized as such at the JUNE Term, AD, 2022, of the Ridgeway Superior Court, upon their oaths present in
and to said Court at said term that KAIKJS, hereinafter styled Defendant, be hereby charged as follows.
COUNT ONE
Unauthorized Distribution of Police-Grade Equipment - 5 S.C.C. § 8 - Felony
1. On or about the date of June 22, 2022, the Defendant was on duty as a Deputy for the RCSO
while on a screenshared call via Discord, a third party platform utilized between the Informant
and the Defendant which was recorded by the Informant.
2. He then went to the StudsPerSecond Headquarters and went to a nearby dumpster.
3. The Defendant then transferred an Extendable Baton from his inventory into said dumpster.
COUNT TWO
Official Misconduct - 6 S.C.C. § 6 - Misdemeanor
1. On or about the date of June 22, 2022, the Defendant did distribute an article of police-grade
equipment into a dumpster as described in count one.
2. This act was done in relation to the Defendant’s office, but was an unauthorized exercise of his
functions.
3. The Defendant was in full knowledge of this act and its illegality, and refrained from performing
a duty imposed upon him by law.
COUNT THREE
Unauthorized Distribution of Police-Grade Equipment - 5 S.C.C. § 8 - Felony
1. On or about the date of June 22, 2022, the Defendant was on duty as a Deputy for the RCSO
while on a screen shared call via Discord, a third party platform utilized between the Informant
and the Defendant which was recorded by the Informant.
2. He then went to the StudsPerSecond Headquarters and went to a nearby dumpster.
3. The Defendant then transferred one pair of handcuffs from his inventory into said dumpster.
COUNT FOUR
Official Misconduct - 6 S.C.C. § 6 - Misdemeanor
1. On or about the date of June 22, 2022, the Defendant did distribute an article of police-grade
equipment into a dumpster as described in count three.
2. This act was done in relation to the Defendant’s office, but was an unauthorized exercise of his
functions.
3. The Defendant was in full knowledge of this act and its illegality, and refrained from performing
a duty imposed upon him by law.
COUNT FIVE
Unauthorized Distribution of Police-Grade Equipment - 5 S.C.C. § 8 - Felony
1. On or about the date of June 22, 2022, the Defendant was on duty as a Deputy for the RCSO
while on a screen shared call via Discord, a third party platform utilized between the Informant
and the Defendant which was recorded by the Informant.
2. He then went to the StudsPerSecond Headquarters and went to a nearby dumpster.

1. On or about the date of June 22, 2022, the Defendant did distribute an article of police-grade
equipment into a dumpster as described in count five.
2. This act was done in relation to the Defendant’s office, but was an unauthorized exercise of his
functions.
3. The Defendant was in full knowledge of this act and its illegality, and refrained from performing
a duty imposed upon him by law.
COUNT SEVEN
Unauthorized Distribution of Police-Grade Equipment - 5 S.C.C. § 8 - Felony
1. On or about the date of June 22, 2022, the Defendant was on duty as a Deputy for the RCSO
while on a screen shared call via Discord, a third party platform utilized between the Informant
and the Defendant which was recorded by the Informant.
2. He then went to the StudsPerSecond Headquarters and went to a nearby dumpster.
3. The Defendant then transferred a pair of handcuffs from his inventory into said dumpster.

Official Misconduct - 6 S.C.C. § 6 - Misdemeanor
1. On or about the date of June 22, 2022, the Defendant did distribute an article of police-grade
equipment into a dumpster as described in count seven.
2. This act was done in relation to the Defendant’s office, but was an unauthorized exercise of his
functions.
3. The Defendant was in full knowledge of this act and its illegality, and refrained from performing
a duty imposed upon him by law.
COUNT NINE
Unauthorized Distribution of Police-Grade Equipment - 5 S.C.C. § 8 - Felony
1. On or about the date of June 22, 2022, the Defendant was on duty as a Deputy for the RCSO
while on a screen shared call via Discord, a third party platform utilized between the Informant
and the Defendant which was recorded by the Informant.
2. He then went to the StudsPerSecond Headquarters and went to a nearby dumpster.
3. The Defendant then transferred a pair of handcuffs from his inventory into said dumpster.
COUNT TEN
Official Misconduct - 6 S.C.C. § 6 - Misdemeanor
1. On or about the date of June 22, 2022, the Defendant did distribute an article of police-grade
equipment into a dumpster as described in count nine.
2. This act was done in relation to the Defendant’s office, but was an unauthorized exercise of his
functions.
3. The Defendant was in full knowledge of this act and its illegality, and refrained from performing
a duty imposed upon him by law.
COUNT ELEVEN
Unauthorized Distribution of Police-Grade Equipment - 5 S.C.C. § 8 - Felony
1. On or about the date of June 22, 2022, the Defendant was on duty as a Deputy for the RCSO
while on a screen shared call via Discord, a third party platform utilized between the Informant
and the Defendant which was recorded by the Informant.
2. He then went to the StudsPerSecond Headquarters and went to a nearby dumpster.
3. The Defendant then transferred a Para-17 sidearm from his inventory into said dumpster.
COUNT TWELVE
Official Misconduct - 6 S.C.C. § 6 - Misdemeanor
1. On or about the date of June 22, 2022, the Defendant did distribute an article of police-grade
equipment into a dumpster as described in count eleven.
2. This act was done in relation to the Defendant's office, but was an unauthorized function of his
functions.
3. The Defendant was in full knowledge of this act and its illegality, and refrained from performing
a duty imposed upon him by law.
COUNT THIRTEEN
Unauthorized Distribution of Police-Grade Equipment - 5 S.C.C. § 8 - Felony
1. On or about the date of June 22, 2022, the Defendant was on duty as a Deputy for the RCSO
while on a screen shared call via Discord, a third party platform utilized between the Informant
and the Defendant which was recorded by the Informant.
2. He then went to the StudsPerSecond Headquarters and went to a nearby dumpster.
3. The Defendant then transferred one police-issued 9 millimeter round of ammunition from his
inventory into said dumpster.
COUNT FOURTEEN
Official Misconduct - 6 S.C.C. § 6 - Misdemeanor
1. On or about the date of June 22, 2022, the Defendant did distribute an article of police-grade
equipment into a dumpster as described in count thirteen.
2. This act was done in relation to the Defendant’s office, but was an unauthorized function of his
functions.
3. The Defendant was in full knowledge of this act and its illegality, and refrained from performing
a duty imposed upon him by law.
COUNT FIFTEEN
Unauthorized Distribution of Police-Grade Equipment - 5 S.C.C. § 8 - Felony
1. On or about the date of June 22, 2022, the Defendant was on duty as a Deputy for the RCSO
while on a screen shared call via Discord, a third party platform utilized between the Informant
and the Defendant which was recorded by the Informant.
2. He then went to the StudsPerSecond Headquarters and went to a nearby dumpster.
3. The Defendant then transferred one police-issued 9 millimeter round of ammunition from his
inventory into said dumpster.
COUNT SIXTEEN
Official Misconduct - 5 S.C.C. § 8 - Misdemeanor
1. On or about the date of June 22, 2022, the Defendant did distribute an article of police-grade
equipment into a dumpster as described in count fifteen.
2. This act was done in relation to the Defendant’s office, but was an unauthorized function of his
functions.
3. The Defendant was in full knowledge of this act and its illegality, and refrained from performing
a duty imposed upon him by law.
COUNT SEVENTEEN
Unauthorized Distribution of Police-Grade Equipment - 5 S.C.C. § 8 - Felony
1. On or about the date of June 22, 2022, the Defendant was on duty as a Deputy for the RCSO
while on a screen shared call via Discord, a third party platform utilized between the Informant
and Defendant which was recorded by the Informant.
2. He then went to the StudsPerSecond Headquarters and went to a nearby dumpster.
3. The Defendant then transferred one police-issued 9 millimeter round of ammunition from his
inventory into said dumpster.

Official Misconduct - 6 S.C.C. § 6 - Misdemeanor
1. On or about the date of June 22, 2022, the Defendant did distribute an article of police-grade
equipment into a dumpster as described in count seventeen.
2. This act was done in relation to the Defendant’s office, but was an unauthorized function of his
functions.
3. The Defendant was in full knowledge of this act and its illegality, and refrained from performing
a duty imposed upon him by law.
COUNT NINETEEN
Solicitation to Commit a Crime - 6 S.C.C. § 3 - Misdemeanor
1. On or around the date of June 11, 2022, while in a voice call with the informant, the Defendant
encouraged him to take a taser, knowing that such an action was in violation of the law.
2. The Defendant’s words were, “comeon…let me give you a taser.”
COUNT TWENTY
Solicitation to Commit a Crime - 6 S.C.C. § 3 - Misdemeanor
1. On or around the date of June 11, 2022, while in a voice call with the informant, the Defendant
encouraged him to take unlawful police grade equipment, knowing that such an action was in
violation of the law.
2. The Defendant’s words, after listing a slew of police grade equipment, “have one for
free…choose one.”
COUNT TWENTY-ONE
Solicitation to Commit a Crime - 6 S.C.C. § 3 - Misdemeanor
1. On or around the date of June 11, 2022, while in a voice call with the informant, the Defendant
encouraged him to take an M2 firearm, knowing that such an action was in violation of the law.
2. The Defendant’s words were “will you at least take some M2s.”
COUNT TWENTY-TWO
Solicitation to Commit a Crime - 6 S.C.C. § 3 - Misdemeanor
1. On or around the date of June 11, 2022, while in a voice call with the informant, the Defendant
encouraged another person to take an M2 firearm, knowing that such an action was in violation
of the law.
2. The Defendant tried to convince another individual who originally rejected the idea of taking an
M2 to take one.
3. The Defendant’s words were, “do you want an M2,” and, “it’s not even a flashlight its an M2”
COUNT TWENTY-THREE
Unauthorized Distribution of Police-Grade Equipment - 5 S.C.C. § 8 - Felony
1. On or about the date of June 22, 2022, the Defendant was on duty as a Deputy in the RCSO
while on a screen shared call via Discord, a third party platform utilized between the Informant
and Defendant which was recorded by the Informant.
2. He then went to the StudsPerSecond Headquarters and went to a nearby dumpster.
3. The Defendant then transferred one police-issued 9 millimeter round of ammunition from his
inventory into said dumpster.
COUNT TWENTY-FOUR
Official Misconduct - 6 S.C.C. § 6 - Misdemeanor
1. On or about the date of June 22, 2022, the Defendant did distribute an article of police-grade
equipment as described in count twenty-three.
2. This act was done in relation to the Defendant’s office, but was an unauthorized function of his
functions.
3. The Defendant was in full knowledge of this act and its illegality, and refrained from performing
a duty imposed upon him by law.
COUNT TWENTY-FIVE
Unauthorized Distribution of Police-Grade Equipment - 5 S.C.C. § 8 - Felony
1. On or about the date of June 22, 2022, the Defendant was on duty as a Deputy in the RCSO
while on a screen shared call via Discord, a third party platform utilized between the Informant
and Defendant which was recorded by the Informant.
2. He then went to the StudsPerSecond Headquarters and went to a nearby dumpster.
3. The Defendant then transferred one radar gun from his inventory into said dumpster.
COUNT TWENTY-SIX
Official Misconduct - 6 S.C.C. § 6 - Misdemeanor
1. On or about the date of June 22, 2022, the Defendant did distribute an article of police-grade
equipment as described in count twenty-five.
2. This act was done in relation to the Defendant’s office, but was an unauthorized function of his
functions.
3. The Defendant was in full knowledge of this act and its illegality, and refrained from performing
a duty imposed upon him by law.
COUNT TWENTY-SEVEN
Unauthorized Distribution of Police-Grade Equipment - 5 S.C.C. § 8 - Felony
1. On or about the date of June 22, 2022, the Defendant was on duty as a Deputy in the RCSO
while on a screen shared call via Discord, a third party platform utilized between the Informant
and Defendant which was recorded by the Informant.
2. He then went to the StudsPerSecond Headquarters and went to a nearby dumpster.
3. The Defendant then transferred one radio from his inventory into said dumpster.
COUNT TWENTY-EIGHT
Official Misconduct - 6 S.C.C. § 6 - Misdemeanor
1. On or about the date of June 22, 2022, the Defendant did distribute an article of police-grade
equipment as described in count twenty-seven.
2. This act was done in relation to the Defendant’s office, but was an unauthorized function of his
functions.
3. The Defendant was in full knowledge of this act and its illegality, and refrained from performing
a duty imposed upon him by law.
COUNT TWENTY-NINE
Unauthorized Distribution of Police-Grade Equipment - 5 S.C.C. § 8 - Felony
1. On or about the date of June 22, 2022, the Defendant was on duty as a Deputy in the RCSO
while on a screen shared call via Discord, a third party platform utilized between the Informant
and Defendant which was recorded by the Informant.
2. He then went to the StudsPerSecond Headquarters and went to a nearby dumpster.
3. The Defendant then transferred one TB26 taser from his inventory into said dumpster.

Official Misconduct - 6 S.C.C. § 6 - Misdemeanor
1. On or about the date of June 22, 2022, the Defendant did distribute an article of police-grade
equipment as described in count twenty-nine.
2. This act was done in relation to the Defendant’s office, but was an unauthorized function of his
functions.
3. The Defendant was in full knowledge of this act and its illegality, and refrained from performing
a duty imposed upon him by law.
COUNT THIRTY-ONE
Unauthorized Distribution of Police-Grade Equipment - 5 S.C.C. § 8 - Felony
1. On or about the date of June 22, 2022, the Defendant was on duty as a Deputy in the RCSO

and Defendant which was recorded by the Informant.
2. He then went to the StudsPerSecond Headquarters and went to a nearby dumpster.
3. The Defendant then transferred one taser cartridge from his inventory into said dumpster.

and Defendant which was recorded by the Informant.

3. The Defendant then transferred one taser cartridge from his inventory into said dumpster.

a duty imposed upon him by law.

Unauthorized Distribution of Police-Grade Equipment - 5 S.C.C. § 8 - Felony
1. On or about the date of June 22, 2022, the Defendant was on duty as a Deputy in the RCSO
while on a screen shared call via Discord, a third party platform utilized between the Informant
and Defendant which was recorded by the Informant.
2. He then went to the StudsPerSecond Headquarters and went to a nearby dumpster.
3. The Defendant then transferred one taser cartridge from his inventory into said dumpster.

equipment as described in count thirty-five.

a duty imposed upon him by law.

Unauthorized Distribution of Police-Grade Equipment - 5 S.C.C. § 8 - Felony
1. On or about the date of June 22, 2022, the Defendant was on duty as a Deputy in the RCSO
while on a screen shared call via Discord, a third party platform utilized between the Informant
and Defendant which was recorded by the Informant.
2. He then went to the StudsPerSecond Headquarters and went to a nearby dumpster.
3. The Defendant then transferred one taser cartridge from his inventory into said dumpster.

1. On or about the date of June 22, 2022, the Defendant did distribute an article of police-grade
equipment as described in count thirty-seven.
2. This act was done in relation to the Defendant’s office, but was an unauthorized function of his
functions.

a duty imposed upon him by law.

Unauthorized Distribution of Police-Grade Equipment - 5 S.C.C. § 8 - Felony
1. On or about the date of June 22, 2022, the Defendant was on duty as a Deputy in the RCSO
while on a screen shared call via Discord, a third party platform utilized between the Informant
and Defendant which was recorded by the Informant.
2. He then went to the StudsPerSecond Headquarters and went to a nearby dumpster.
3. The Defendant then transferred one taser cartridge from his inventory into said dumpster.
COUNT FORTY
Official Misconduct - 6 S.C.C. § 6 - Misdemeanor
1. On or about the date of June 22, 2022, the Defendant did distribute an article of police-grade
equipment as described in count thirty-nine.
2. This act was done in relation to the Defendant’s office, but was an unauthorized function of his
functions.
3. The Defendant was in full knowledge of this act and its illegality, and refrained from performing
a duty imposed upon him by law.
COUNT FORTY-ONE
Unauthorized Distribution of Police-Grade Equipment - 5 S.C.C. § 8 - Felony
1. On or about the date of June 22, 2022, the Defendant was on duty as a Deputy in the RCSO
while on a screen shared call via Discord, a third party platform utilized between the Informant
and Defendant which was recorded by the Informant.
2. He then went to the StudsPerSecond Headquarters and went to a nearby dumpster.
3. The Defendant then transferred one Wesler shotgun from his inventory into said dumpster.
COUNT FORTY-TWO
Official Misconduct - 6 S.C.C. § 6 - Misdemeanor
1. On or about the date of June 22, 2022, the Defendant did distribute an article of police-grade
equipment as described in count forty-one
2. This act was done in relation to the Defendant’s office, but was an unauthorized function of his
functions.
3. The Defendant was in full knowledge of this act and its illegality, and refrained from performing
a duty imposed upon him by law.
