SUPERIOR COURT OF THE STATE OF RIDGEWAY DOCKET NO. RSC-CV-518 CIVIL COMPLAINT HONORABLE JUDGE HECXTRO PRESIDING Lukestout1 Plaintiff v. XSnipez360X Defendant CIVIL COMPLAINT The Plaintiff Lukestout1 hereby brings this civil action before the Superior Court of the State of Ridgeway, listing below the torts against the Defendant XSnipez360X. This civil action attempts to litigate the events that occurred on the 6th of July, 2022. PARTIES 1. Plaintiff Lukestout1 is a resident of the State of Ridgeway. 2. Defendant XSnipez360X is a resident of the State of Ridgeway. JURISDICTION & VENUE This Court has jurisdiction to hear this case pursuant to Article V, Section IV of the Constitution of the State of Ridgeway. Venue is proper in this Court because this incident took place within Ridgeway County. ALLEGATIONS On or about the date of July 6th, 2022; 1. The Plaintiff drove through Oakland at high rates of speed. 2. The Plaintiff passed the Defendant and a Studs Per Second employee named Silver_Dev345. 3. Silver_Dev345 is standing on the sidewalk. 4. The Plaintiff drives by him and loops back around. 5. Silver_Dev345 is now standing on a blue Cavela parked close to the sidewalk he was just standing on. 6. The Plaintiff loops around again, this time Silver_Dev345 is standing on the street where the Plaintiff makes a turn each time he does a loop. 7. The Plaintiff makes another loop and Silver_Dev345 has moved even further into the road. 8. The Plaintiff did another loop and drove within a couple of studs of Silver_Dev345, who was in the middle of the road positioned where the Plaintiff had previously turned multiple times. - 1 - 9. The Defendant began firing at the Plaintiff, striking him. 10. The Plaintiff drove around the block once more and as he entered the Defendant’s view again, the Defendant began firing again. 11. The Plaintiff parked his car and ran towards them, putting his hands up shortly after. 12. The Defendant and Silver_Dev345 ran at the Plaintiff with their guns still out. 13. Soon after, Silver_Dev345 shoots the Plaintiff who is unarmed and has his hands up. TORTS IN QUESTION 1. 5 R. Stat. § 203 - Assault 2. 5 R. Stat. § 202 - Battery 3. 5 R. Stat. § 209 - Wrongful Death PRAYERS FOR RELIEF 1. Plaintiff prays the Court find Defendant liable for the aforementioned torts. 2. Plaintiff seeks monetary relief amounting to $6500 in punitive damages; a. $1500 for 5 R. Stat. § 203 - Assault b. $2500 for 5 R. Stat. § 202 - Battery c. $2500 for 5 R. Stat. § 209 - Wrongful Death EVIDENCE 1. Exhibit A - First video of events in question. 2. Exhibit B - Second video of events in question.
