CIVIL COMPLAINT
STATEMENT OF FACTS
Plaintiff Allegations:
1. On the 3rd of July, at roughly 2:00 PM EST the Plaintiff was swung at with an axe, and targeted
the Defendant.
2. In response, Plaintiff fired a few shots that did not hit Defendant in an act of self-defense.
3. Exactly 43 seconds after the initial incident, the Defendant went back inside the SPS truck and
brutally hit the Plaintiff three more times following this the Plaintiff discharged his Cline 911
however the Defendant was only slightly injured.
4. 20 seconds later, a trooper by the name of UnknownHooman detained the Plaintiff for
discharging his firearm, however, he was released shortly after when the trooper was shown the
clip of the incident and was declared as self-defense.
5. This allowed Defendant and his accomplice to flee from the scene in a Blue Cavela without
any punishment.
JURISDICTION AND VENUE
1. The venue is in this court as these alleged actions took place in-game, subject to Ridgeway
County laws.
PARTIES
1. The Plaintiff is a United States Citizen currently presiding at 1250 Rodgers Road, Oakland, State
of Ridgeway.
2. The Defendant is currently a tourist in the United States.

Prayer for Relief and Torts
1. Therefore, the Plaintiff court prays on the court that,
2. For the following Torts;
a) Assault (See R.C.C. § 3.02)
b) Battery (See R.C.C. § 3.05)
3. Plaintiff requested the relief for Tort 1 to be;
a) 1,500 of in-game currency
4. Plaintiff requests the relief for Tort 2 to be;
a) 2,500 of in-game currency
