1) If the tribunal finds that the petitioner was in fact compromised, then it is not an
intentional act.
2) If the tribunal finds that the petition was compromised and that the compromised account
was not a consequence of the Petitioner's negligence or recklessness, then the action was
not negligent or reckless.
3) If the tribunal finds that the petitioner was in fact compromised, then other punishments
