PETITION FOR A WRIT OF HABEAS CORPUS
PARTIES
1. Petitioner, xx_j0anna, is a citizen of the State of Ridgeway.
2. Respondent, AdamAxer33, is a citizen of the State of Ridgeway. Respondent is also an agent of a
government through civil servitude within the Palmer Police Department.
ALLEGATIONS
3. On the 26th of June, twenty-twenty-two, the Petitioner can be seen driving within the Palmer
City Limits. This occurred at the power-plant.
4. A black truck, whilst moving in on-coming traffic rams into the Petitioner’s car and desyncs it.
5. The Petitioner then attempts to de-escalate the situation by attempting to drive off. She is stopped
by another oncoming car and the black truck.
6. The Petitioner, again attempts to drive off, although this time successfully. After moving roughly
20 studs, the Petitioner is trailed by two armed men: potcaike and another individual. Both
individuals had fire-axes on the person.
7. This is not the first time this incident has occured.
8. Cognizant of the threat on her life, the Petitioner fires their Cline 911 in fear for her life.
9. The Respondent, recognizing this situation, circles back in their Palmer Police Department
cruiser.
10. Petitioner was then arrested by the respondent on the charge of “attempted murder.”
JURISDICTION
11. This court is entitled to “exercise original jurisdiction for all civil and criminal cases or
controversies.” See Rid. Const. Art. V Sec. IV. This Court, by the same section, is also entitled to
grant writs of habeas corpus.
TORTS
12. The Petitioner is suing under 5 R. Stat. § 313, or the tort of False Arrest.
RELIEF REQUESTED
13. The Petitioner requests that the arrest be removed from their record.
EVIDENCE PRESENTED
14. Exhibit A is a video depicting the incident.
15. Exhibit B is a video depicting a prior attack on the Petitioner as described in allegation 7.
