CIVIL COMPLAINT
MrSauIGoodman (“Plaintiff”), hereby brings this civil action before the Superior
Court of the State of Ridgeway, listing below the torts in question against the Defendants
(“Butters1433”, “slippery830flan”, “fishNchaps”). This civil action attempts to litigate the
events that occurred on the 28th of June, 2022.
TORTS IN QUESTION
I. The following torts are in question for defendant Butters1433:
A. 5 R. Stat. § 209 - Wrongful Death
B. 5 R. Stat. § 203 - Assault
C. 5 R. Stat. § 201 - Trespassing
II. The following torts are in question for defendant slippery830flan:
A. 5 R. Stat. § 209 - Wrongful Death
B. 5 R. Stat. § 203 - Assault
C. 5 R. Stat. § 201 - Trespassing
III. The following torts are in question for defendant fishNchaps’s:
A. 5 R. Stat. § 201 - Trespassing
-Civil Complaint-
FACTS OF THE CASE
I. Plaintiff spawned into Ridgeway County at the apartments in Palmer. Plaintiff was
the resident of 3B Altee Road.
II. When the Plaintiff spawned in, resources were slow to load.
III. Defendant Butter1433 broke the window of the door of the Plaintiff’s residence
with an Axe, and entered.
IV. Defendant slippery830flan shortly entered thereafter, following Butter1433.
V. Defendant Butter1433 struck the Plaintiff numerous times with an Axe at the
place of residence until Plaintiff’s eventual death.
VI. Defendant fishNchaps shortly after, entered the apartment, following the death of
Plaintiff.
VII. All Defendants left the residence and the apartment complex after the killing.
VIII. Plaintiff respawned and left the apartment complex and was killed by Defendant
slipperyflan830.
ALLEGATIONS
I. Defendant Butters1433 entered apartment 3B by smashing out the windows of the
apartment. The Defendant had no legal right or grounds under state law to enter
into the building.
II. Defendant slipper830flan entered the apartment along with Butters1433.
III. Defendant Butters1433 is seen then striking the Plaintiff without any cause,
eventually leading to the Plaintiff’s death.
IV. Defendant fishNchaps is seen entering the apartment shortly thereafter.
V. Plaintiff alleges that these crimes are consistent with the definitions of the torts, 5
R. Stat. § 209; 5 R. Stat. § 203; 5 R. Stat. § 201.
VI. Defendants are seen entering and exiting the apartment in a partially-grouped
manner. fishNchaps is the last to enter.
VII. When the Plaintiff respawned, and exited the apartment complex, slippery830flan
is seen killing the Plaintiff with a firearm. Plaintiff believes this is a direct violation
of 5 R. Stat. § 209; and 5 R. Stat. § 203, wrongful death and assault, respectively.
There was no justifiable use of deadly force by the Defendants towards the
Plaintiff.
JURISDICTION & VENUE
-Civil Complaint-
This Court has jurisdiction to hear this case pursuant to Article V, Section IV of
the Constitution of the State of Ridgeway. Venue is proper in this Court because this
incident took place within Ridgeway County.
RELIEF
Plaintiff respectfully requests the following relief from Defendant Butter1433:
I. $750 in compensatory damages.
II. $1100 in punitive damages.
Plaintiff also requests the following relief from Defendant slippery830flan:
I. $750 in compensatory damages.
II. $1100 in punitive damages.
Plaintiff lastly requests that Defendant fishNchaps provide the following relief to
the Plaintiff:
I. $1100 in punitive damages.
Requested relief is in compliance with mandatory maximums.
