CIVIL COMPLAINT
PARTIES
1. Plaintiff, removedlungs, is a citizen of the State of Ridgeway.
2. Defendant, ethhaqn, is a citizen of the State of Ridgeway. Defendant is also an agent of a
government through civil servitude within the Palmer Police Department.
ALLEGATIONS
3. On the 24th of June, twenty-twenty-two, the Plaintiff was standing outside of the Palmer Police
Department’s station.
4. Another individual was present, with regard to allegation one, the individual was named
ridas123lol.
5. The other individual present is seen, in exhibit b, supplying the Plaintiff with a Salvo Snub.
6. The Plaintiff then takes this Salvo Snub and places it into their inventory.
7. The Plaintiff then de-equips their weapon and walks up to a window that is parallel to the rear of
their car.
8. After roughly one second, ridas123lol then asked the Plaintiff if they were in need of nine
millimeter ammunition for the weapon they were just given. The Plaintiff nods yes.
9. The Plaintiff then picks up this ammunition.
10. After this, the Plaintiff walks to the back of their car and re-equips their weapon.
11. After this, the Plaintiff then reloads their weapon with 9 millimeter ammunition. The weapon is
pointed at the car, and the reloading is done with due caution of all members around them.
12. Roughly eight seconds after finishing reloading, the Plaintiff is detained by the Defendant.
13. After being taken into custody the Plaintiff was charged with Brandishing.
JURISDICTION
14. This court is entitled to “exercise original jurisdiction for all civil and criminal cases or
controversies.” See Rid. Const. Art. V Sec. IV.
TORTS
15. The Plaintiff is suing under 1 R. Stat. 204, or the tort of false imprisonment.
RELIEF REQUESTED
16. The Plaintiff requests that the defendant be declared liable for the tort of False Imprisonment.
17. The Plaintiff requests the follow damages:
a. $153 dollars in compensatory damages for the lost Salvo Snub, and 9MM ammunition.
b. 2,000 in punitive damages.
INITIAL DISCLOSURE
18. Exhibit A is a video depicting the incident from the view of the Plaintiff.
19. Exhibit B is a video depicting the incident from the view of ridas123lol.
20. Exhibit C is a screenshot of the arrest report.
