Come forth the State of Ridgeway to seek justice and preserve the dignity of the state and therein
charge the defendant;
COUNT ONE - 3 S.C.C § 09 - FIRST-DEGREE MURDER
OFFENSE TYPE - FELONY
MAX SENTENCE - 35 MINUTES
In Exhibit A, it shows the defendant first driving behind the complainant’s car and then the Deputy slams
into a car that came into oncoming traffic and the deputy was then desynced. The defendant then
slammed into the Deputy’s car and got out with a firearm drawn. The defendant then opens fire upon the
Deputy and kills him. The defendant then spots the detainee in the back of the car and then proceeds to
shoot him.
COUNT TWO - 3 S.C.C § 10 - SECOND-DEGREE MURDER
OFFENSE TYPE - FELONY
MAX SENTENCE - 30 MINUTES
In Exhibit A, it shows the defendant after killing the Deputy the defendant then spots the detainee in the
back seat of the Deputy’s patrol vehicle. The suspect then shoots and kills the detainee in the back. The
defendant spoke with me and stated that he shot the detainee because he was trying to free him, as the
Deputy was going to arrest him.
COUNT THREE - 5 S.C.C § 07 - UNLAWFUL POSSESSION OF POLICE-GRADE EQUIPMENT
OFFENSE TYPE - FELONY
MAX SENTENCE - 20 MINUTES
In Exhibit A, it shows the defendant with a Stetson M2-A equipped and drawn and used the weapon in
the crime to kill the Deputy and the detainee in the back of the patrol car.
STATEMENT OF PROBABLE CAUSE
My name is Rainy_54, I’m currently employed in the State Bureau of Investigation as a Supervisory
Special Agent. I’ve been employed in the State Bureau of Investigation for about 3 months now. I’ve been
employed with the Ridgeway State Police for almost a year now, as I joined in June 2021. I’ve been in the
investigative field for a couple of months now. I was formerly employed in the Palmer Police Department’s
Internal Affairs. I’m a LETC Class 3 graduate and I’m certified to be a Peace Officer in this state. I have the
probable cause to believe in the following:
On May 22nd, the State Bureau of Investigations was informed by the Department of Justice of a new
complaint. The tip showed the defendant carrying out criminal actions and violations of the S.C.C. The tip was
sent in by an on-duty Deputy of the Ridgeway County Sheriff’s Office. On May 23rd, I conducted my
investigation into the matter of this defendant. The clip starts off with a Deputy driving from RNG and is being
followed by the defendant. The Deputy looks ahead and in front of him is a car coming into oncoming lanes, the
Deputy is struck by the car and is desynced. A couple of seconds later, the defendant is seen getting out of their
vehicle and shooting the Deputy. The defendant shoots and kills the Deputy a couple of seconds later. The
defendant then spots the detainee in the back of the patrol car and then shoots and kills him in order to free him.
The defendant then gets into his vehicle and drives off with the other defendant. The defendant is seen in the clip
in possession of an M2-A and using this weapon to execute his criminal actions.
On May 22, I decided to interview the complainant and get their side of the story on what happened
during the situation. The complainant states that they were arresting the detainee that they had in the back of
their patrol vehicle for Trespassing, as the complainant had stated that the detainee had trespassed into the
National Guard base. The complainant states that the defendant also was there and the complainant saw that
they had a weapon and so he drew his taser. The defendant then drove off, but the complainant states that the
defendant was pursuing him and trying to desync him. Then the other defendant crashes into the Deputy and
making the Deputy spin out and then the clip explains the rest of what happened next. On May 23, I decided to
investigate the defendant and I got an answer out of them on why they decided to shoot and kill the Deputy. I
asked the defendant why they had done it and they responded that they were freeing his friend that was being
detained by the Deputy. That was the answer that they gave to me, as I did not have any other questions for the
defendant.
