CRIMINAL INFORMATION
Plaintiff
v.
OmicronRemnant
Defendant
Come forth the State of Ridgeway to seek justice and preserve the dignity of the state and therein
charge the defendant;
COUNT ONE - ATTEMPTED MURDER
OFFENSE TYPE - FELONY
MAX SENTENCE - 30 MINUTES
The Defendant, OmicronRemnant, is seen in Exhibit A pulling out their Salvo, and beginning to fire at a
feral animal, but they are killed by the feral animal before they are able to eliminate them.
STATEMENT OF PROBABLE CAUSE
The State Bureau of Investigations was notified on May 28th that defendant OmicronRemnant, together
with personnel of the organization he works for, the Animal Control Service, had murdered a feral animal.
Following an intensive investigation, the State Bureau of Investigations can validate the statements below.
Initially, the complainant filed a report with the Department of Justice against the defendant and another
member of his organization. Exhibit A in the report was a video of the first murder. Exhibit A shows the
defendant firing a salvo and taking cover behind a green lancaster. The feral animal sitting on the hood of the
white tremor leaps up and runs towards the defendant, their gun pulled. While the defendant attempts to kill the
feral animal, the feral animal kills them first. Exhibit B shows a member of the Animal Control Service
approaching the complainant and asking if they are a furry. Exhibit D is merely a photograph of two Animal
Control Service personnel stating that there are now too many cops in the area. Exhibit E depicts an Animal
Control Service employee telling the complaint that they will not, which most likely means that they will not
murder the complainant. Exhibits F and G depict Animal Control Service members discussing a bounty that was
most likely placed on the complainant. The complainant was able to run the license plate of two Animal Control
Service members in Exhibit I, and they gave it in the report.
BetaTheWolfGamer, the complainant and a Ridgeway County Sheriff's Office Deputy, was the first
person interviewed. The complainant first encountered the Animal Control Service when they approached him
and enquired if he was a furry. The complainant claims that the defendant's crew had planned to murder him but
were intimidated because there were so many law enforcement personnel in the vicinity. According to the
complaint, Carlgotdrip, another member of the Animal Control Services, did not have a weapon and did not
murder him, but he made threats. According to the complainant, another furry was in-game, and he knew the
Animal Control Services would kill them, so he followed the furry and protected them. The complainant states
that it was then when the Animal Control Service, more specifically the defendant, made their move, and tried
to murder the feral animal.
The defendant, OmicronRemnant, and an Animal Control Service Officer were also interrogated. Prior to
the incident, the defendant stated that he had never dealt with the feral animal. The defendant confirms that they
work for the Animal Control Service, and that he was a Cadet at the time of the incident, but that he was
recently promoted to Officer. According to the defendant, the Animal Control Service's mission is to hunt all
feral animals. The defendant claims that they were simply carrying out their duty and that he did not hit anyone.
During the interview with the complainant, we were shown Exhibit J, which is another Animal Control
Service shooting. This time, the defendant didn’t actually shoot. Instead, he was in a green landcaster driving
around the incident.
