charge the defendant;
COUNT ONE - FIRST-DEGREE MURDER
OFFENSE TYPE - FELONY

In Exhibit B, we can see that the defendant, GeneralAtomicz, murders a Ridgeway County Sheriff’s
Office Deputy, and this falls under the First-Degree Murder charge, because the defendant knew that the
Deputy was a law enforcement officer.
COUNT TWO - SECOND-DEGREE MURDER
OFFENSE TYPE - FELONY
MAX SENTENCE - 30 MINUTES
In Exhibit D, we can see that the defendant, GeneralAtomicz, pursues in a foot pursuit with the victim
until ultimately killing him; and this falls under the Second-Degree Murder charge, because the
defendant inentionally and knowingly committed the murder.
COUNT THREE - ASSAULT WITH A DEADLY WEAPON

In Exhibit D, we can see that the defendant, GeneralAtomicz, pursues a foot pursuit with the victim, with
his axe in hand, hitting him with the axe multiple times.
STATEMENT OF PROBABLE CAUSE
I am Special Agent BlackMrcow23, Ridgeway State Bureau of Investigations. I've been a law enforcement
officer in Ridgeway for around a year now. My career started in the Palmer Police Department on the 20th of
May, 2021. On 06/28/2021, I transferred from the Palmer Police to the Ridgeway County Sheriff's Office, and I
served for about 3-4 months in the Special Response Team. On 10/02/2021, I transferred to the Ridgeway State
Police, and served in the Field Operations Bureau for over 5 months as a Lieutenant. Recently, I've transferred to
the State Bureau of Investigations. I am a graduate of LETC class 4, and currently a Senior Instructor in the
institute, a certified and experienced law enforcement officer and I have probable cause to believe that:
The State Bureau of Investigations was notified on May 28th, 2022, that defendant GeneralAtomicz had
murdered a Ridgeway County Sheriff’s Office Deputy, as well as axed and shot a civilian to death. After
performing an extensive investigation into this matter, the State Bureau of Investigations can validate the
following statements.
Initially, the complainant filed a report with the Department of Justice against the defendants
organization's leader, ZuluCenturion. A few days later, a case was filed on GeneralAtomicz and a few other
members of the organization, and both cases were consolidated.
In Exhibit B, which was recorded on Wednesday, May 25th, we can see that the defendant,
GeneralAtomicz, alongside many other Animal Control Service members jump out of a Green Landcaster in
front of the Palmer Police Department, and begin to open fire on two Ridgeway County Sheriff’s Office
Deputies. In the video, we can see that the defendant is armed with a Stetson M1. While the deputy on the left
side of the Palmer Police Department garage is running for cover, the defendant murders them, then starts
helping out on murdering the Deputy that ran towards the right side of the Palmer Police Department Garage.
In Exhibit C, which was recorded on Tuesday, May 31st, we can see that the defendant, GeneralAtomicz,
on the left side of the screen, runs towards a civilian with their axe out, and begins swinging at them. The
civilian tries their best to escape from the defendant, falls on the ground, gets back up, but the defendant
pursues them, still swiping their axe. While the defendant chases the original civilian, they hit an individual
with a sign out, and then murder a civilian, with the axe, while they are still attempting to kill the original
civilian. After failing to murder the citizen with the axe, the defendant draws their Salvo, and shoots a single
shot, elimating the civilian.
With that being said, it’s very clear that the defendant is in violation of the Ridgeway County Code, and
therefore should be charged with the codes stated above before anyone else is terrorized.
