Justice Department with a boxing glove. The defendant hits the off-duty Deputy until they’re at red
health and only have a sliver of health.

STATEMENT OF PROBABLE CAUSE
My name is Rainy_54, I’m currently employed in the State Bureau of Investigation as a Supervisory
Special Agent. I’ve been employed in the State Bureau of Investigation for about 3 months now. I’ve been
employed with the Ridgeway State Police for almost a year now, as I joined in June 2021. I’ve been in the
investigative field for a couple of months now. I was formerly employed in the Palmer Police Department’s
Internal Affairs. I’m a LETC Class 3 graduate and I’m certified to be a Peace Officer in this state. I have the
probable cause to believe in the following:
On June 2nd, the State Bureau of Investigations received a complaint from the Department of Justice
and the tip said that the complainant witnessed the defendant commit actions against the civilians of Ridgeway
and the Government officials of Ridgeway.
On May 28th, the defendant was caught by the complainant that was filming at the time committing
various crimes against members of the public that were hanging out at the courthouse. In Exhibit A, it shows the
defendant “yassen28” first hitting the victim “turntable5000” with a boxing glove once. The defendant then
hits the complainant that was campaigning outside of the courthouse with a boxing glove. The defendant then
hits another person that was outside of the courthouse. The defendant hits the victim named “Arvantise”
multiple times until they realize that they’re low and they begin to run away from the defendant. The defendant
is seen trying to run after the victim while punching the air a couple of times, but fails, as one of the other
defendants kills him with an axe before he could kill him. The defendant is then seen striking the complainant
again with the boxing glove.
I spoke with the complainant about the situation and they stated that they were campaigning in front of
the courthouse and then a group of individuals approached him. The complainant stated that they started to ask
him about his views on “furry hunting.” The complainant then states that he gave a different answer then his
other campaigners and the complainant was the only one in favor of it. The complainant then states that's when
the attack started against them.
I could not gain any testimony from this defendant, as the defendant is not in any Ridgeway related
discords, so I moved on from them.
APPENDIX OF EVIDENCE
Exhibit A - Evidence showing that the defendant struck the off-duty Deputy multiple times until they
were at red health. Also, the evidence shows that the defendant hits other people in the process.
