SUPERIOR COURT OF THE STATE OF RIDGEWAY DORKJACOB, Plaintiff, v. CARLOSPYYY, Defendant. No. RSC-CV-439 COMPLAINT DorkJacob hereby brings this civil action and alleges as follows– INTRODUCTION 1. On or about June 7th, 2022 at 1:30 PM, Plaintiff DorkJacob was at the Palmer Gas Station and was filling up their Maroon truck. 2. Then, Defendant carlospyyy came up and tried to kill Jacob with an axe. Jacob got their pistol out and ordered Carlos away from them. 3. After Jacob put their pistol away and tried to drive away in their truck, Carlos axed them to death through the car door. 4. Shortly after, Carlos was arrested. JURISDICTION AND VENUE 5. This Court has jurisdiction pursuant to Article IV, Section 7 of the Charter of Ridgeway County. 6. Venue is proper in this Court because the incident took place within Ridgeway County. PARTIES 7. Plaintiff DorkJacob is a resident of the State of Ridgeway, and principally resides at 6A Atlee Road, Palmer, Ridgeway. 8. Defendant carlospyyy is a resident of the State of Ridgeway, and is believed to principally reside within Palmer, Ridgeway. Plaintiff repeats and realleges the allegations contained in all preceding paragraphs as if fully set forth herein. 10. Defendant used their ax to kill Plaintiff at the Palmer Gas Station on or about June 7th, 2022 at 1:30 PM and thus wrongfully killed Plaintiff without legal cause or justification. PRAYER FOR RELIEF Wherefore, Plaintiff prays that the Court– a. Declare that Defendant wrongfully killed Plaintiff; b. Award Plaintiff $500 in actual damages for their handgun and ammunition; c. Award Plaintiff $1,000 in actual and punitive damages; d. Award such other, further, or different relief as may be just and proper. Respectfully submitted.
