BILL OF PARTICULARS
Pursuant to a request by the Defendant, Mkchickwit_victim, the State of Ridgeway herein (“The
Government”), submits this Bill of Particulars to specify contents of particular dates, locations, and the acts
underlying the course of charges and supporting the charges against the Defendant, Mkchickwit_victim, in this
matter.
The government’s theory is that the following facts constitute a course of illegal conduct committed
for the purpose of hurting, attacking, and interfering with the operations of the Ridgeway County Transit
Authority, a government-funded service to provide free transportation to the Citizens of Ridgeway.
On or about May 13, 2022, Defendant mkchickwit_victim engaged in the act of discharging his
weapon, and shooting Redactedgrox herein (“the Victim”) until he was dead. This event took place at the
Ridgeway County Transit Authority’s depot, on or about the date aforementioned. (See Exhibit A)
On or about May 13, 2022, Defendant mkchickwit_victim, and his co-conspirator engaged in the act
of discharging their weapons, and shooting Redactedgrox herein (“the Victim”) until he was dead. This event
took place near the County Annex, on or about the date aforementioned. (See Exhibit C)

On or about May 13, 2022, Defendant mkchickwit_victim, and his co-conspirator engaged in the act
of chasing the bus in high speeds before cutting in front of him of which they then pursued discharging their
weapons, and shooting Redactedgrox herein (“the Victim”) whom was performing his duties as an operator,
until he was dead. This event took place on the outskirts of the City of Palmer. (See Exhibit D)
On or about May 13, 2022, Defendant mkchickwit_victim, and his co-conspirator engaged in the act
of ramming the front of the bus, not allowing it to move, allowing to co-conspirator to then exit their vehicle
and begin shooting Redactedgrox herein (“the Victim”) until he was dead. This event took place near the
Palmer Car Dealership, on or about the date aforementioned. (See Exhibit F)
This Bill of Particulars lists the contents per-required within the legal scope of a Bill of Particulars.
The Defendant in the above styled matter did not submit a thorough document pertaining to specific contents
to be outlined within this Bill of Particulars; therefore, if deemed not satisfactory, it is requested that a proper
document is submitted to the Government outlining specific contents of which the Defendant wishes to retain
such Bill of Particulars for.
